Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic incubator for microbes which is useful for the biological treatment of waste-water, by providing the optimum condition for cultivating and increasing microbes. The incubator treats wastewater at low cost without additional equipment. CONSTITUTION: An automatic incubator for microbes used for biological treatment of waste-water is composed of an infrared ray lamp for activating cell and controlling temperature of cultivation jar, porous contact microbiomedia for cultivating and increasing microbes such as black oak and bamboo and apparatus for supplying oxygen for inducing aerobic microbes.

본 발명은 오·폐수처리공정에서 협기성조→호기성조→침전조→방류의 공정으로 이루어져 있으며, 침전조에서 침전된 활성슬러지(미생물)을 협기조로로 반송되는 공정이 대부분이다. 이 활성슬러지(활성미생물)을 다시 이용하지 재활용하지 못했으며 이로인해 깨끗한 처리수를 얻기 위하여 시설(신설+보수)비용이 많이 들어가는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention consists of a process of anaerobic tank → aerobic tank → sedimentation tank → discharge in the waste water treatment process, and most of the processes for returning activated sludge (microorganism) precipitated in the sedimentation tank to the aeration tank.
