원자력 발전설비나 중화학 설비등에는 수 많은 볼트, 너트를 이용하여 기계설비를 체결하고 있다. 그러나 원자력 발전소와 같은 기계설비는 방사선 구역에 설치되어 있는 것이 있어 이들 설비의 신설이나 보수시 작업자에 대한 원자력 방사선피폭이 문제가 된다. 본 발명은 이토록 작업 시간을 단축하는 것이 필요한 볼트/너트 체결기구에 있어 신속하게 조립할 수 있도록 함으로서 작업 시간을 단축하여 방사선 구역에 있는 제 설비, 건설용 비계틀과 같은 임시 사용 구조물, 수중 작업과 같은 난 공사지역에 있는 구조물을 신속하고 안전하게 조립할 수 있도록 하였다.Nuclear power plants and heavy chemical plants use many bolts and nuts to fasten mechanical facilities.
