Abstract

PURPOSE: A pickling line for continuously removing scales in a rolled coil is provided to minimize an equipment by enabling rapid pickling through continuous spraying high-pressure pickling liquid and using a brush roll. CONSTITUTION: A strip from a pay-off reel passes a thin plate leveler(2) or a thick plate leveler(3), and is continuously pushed by a pinch roll to a solution spray(5-1) in a pickling section(5).
