Abstract

PURPOSE: An installing structure of a vehicle injector is provided to supply an optimum combustion efficiency through varying protruding distance of an injector nozzle tip toward inside of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: An elastic member is interposed between the lower surface of an injector(7) and a fixture of a cylinder head(1). A clamp(13) supports a ledge(9) of the injector for pushing the ledge by the oil pressure supplied according to vehicle speed. Herein, an adjusting instrument of a nozzle tip protrusion is formed by an oil chamber(23) receiving the oil from an oil pump; an operating plunger(27) protruded to the lower surface of the clamp for contacting to the ledge of the injector while being vertically operated by the oil from the oil pump; and a pressure resistant hose(29) connecting an oil passage with a high engine oil pressure side. Therefore, a nozzle tip portion of the injector is varied according to the vehicle speed to improve the efficiency of combustion.
