Abstract

PURPOSE: A three dimensional vibration removing plate for a machine using an air mount and a rubber plate prevents the damage of machines sensitive to vibrations. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional vibration removing plate mounts an air mount(1) and a rubber plate(11) thereon, thereby removing vibrations of vertical and horizontal directions. Further, the effect of the air mount(1) against horizontal vibrations is minimized by mounting a fluorine resin panel(5), a stainless panel(4), an inducing rod(8) and a ball bush(6). Further, the effect of the rubber plate(11) against vertical vibrations is minimized by mounting a ball bush(9). Thus, the three dimensional vibration removing plate protects machines from vibrations.
