Abstract

The protector member is formed on an inner circumferential portion and a side portion. The inner circumferential portion directly contacts the other side pipe while the side portion directly contacts circular frame unit(21). As the outer diameter size of the protector member is equal to the bore size of the short sill, the protector member is not readily taken out. The connecting nut is supplied in a state of assembling the protector member. Thus, even if metal pipes have different potential, the potential is not moved so that corrosion is not generated.
