본 발명은 그러한 폐단과 결함을 개선하기 위한 새로운 구조의 발명으로 본 발명은 동력모우터에 의하여 회전케 된 회전캇터의 상부에 인쇄 폐기원고지 및 폐테이프의 투입구를 구성함에 있어서, 상광하협의 통형 투입통을 구성하고 그 투입통 하부는 직사각형 주입구를 형성하여 투입통에 긴 폐테이프를 풀어 다량 투입시킬수 있게 함과 동시에 그 상부에 덮개를 경첩으로 개폐할수 있게 설치하여 세단중에는 덮도록 하고 또 덮개를 덮으므로 인하여 회전캇타 구동의 모우터와 연결된 마이크로 스위치가 온(ON) 작동을 하게 하여 덮개를 덮었을때만 회전캇타가 구동을 하게 되어 안전한 세단작업을 할수 있게 하고 또 그 투입통의 전면에는 사각의 관구를 이루는 삽입테를 설치하여 유리 및 투명플라스틱판을 삽입 설치시켜서 투입통에 투입시킨 세절단을 위한 인쇄 폐기원고지 및 폐테이프가 모두 주입구로 하강 세절단되었는지의 여부를 확인할수 있게 함으로 보안유지를 위한 확인세단작업을 할수 있도록 착안한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention is a invention of a new structure for improving such a closed end and defects, the present invention is a cylindrical input of the upper and lower strait in the configuration of the inlet for printing waste paper and waste tape on the top of the rotary cutter rotated by the power motor The barrel is formed, and the lower part of the feeder is formed with a rectangular inlet to release a long waste tape into the feeder.
