Description

구두 깔창{Bio-ceramic insole}Shoe insole {Bio-ceramic insole}

The present invention relates to a sanitary shoe insole for improving the health preservation of a shoe wearer.

The shoes used for walking on foot are various kinds such as sneakers, basketball shoes, hiking boots, cold weather shoes, and boots, and the material and structure of the shoe rugs used here vary greatly depending on the purpose of use. Footwear cushioning, deodorization, hygroscopicity, antibacterial and breathability have been required for shoe rugs, such as low fatigue and comfort, and no foot odor or moisture to prevent athlete's foot, eczema and bacteria. Carrying shoe rugs have developed a lot by using physical phenomena and developing various materials.

Conventionally developed shoe insoles attach magnet pieces to the surface of the insole, and the magnetic force lines generated here stimulate the capillaries distributed on the soles of the feet to release germanium and far-infrared rays that release oxygen ions in addition to the usual insoles that promote blood circulation. Mixed with soft resins such as PVC and EVA, and injection molding in shoe insole molds to remove athlete's foot, eczema and bacteria by oxygen ions released from germanium, and are distributed on soles with far-infrared rays emitted from silicon compounds. There is a manufacturing method of a shoe insole containing germanium component that stimulates blood and activates various organs of the human body (Patent application No. 94-23021, 1994) and also transfers sanitary processing material to textile fabrics such as absorbent nonwoven fabric as a breathable insole. After bonding by treatment method, teaching or monofilament with cushion material Breathable sanitary insole with antibacterial, deodorant, sweat absorption, and far-infrared light, characterized in that obtained by welding by weaving or weaving into a honeycomb tissue and inserting the sanitized fabric between the cushioning fabric and putting it in a mold for insole. (Application No. 92/32/1992, Patent Application No. 92-3293), and the upper and lower covers of perforated surface cover and waterproof sheet for perforating the feet to quickly absorb sweat from the bottom of the shoe. It is made by inserting the primary absorbent paper and the secondary absorbent fiber, which is a multi-fiber multi-chain, containing the sterilized deodorant such as metal ions or ceramics inside the sweat absorbent chamber by forming a sweat absorbing chamber inside by high frequency bonding. There are also sweat absorbers for shoes (filed March 9, 1997, patent application No. 1997-9730), but these shoe rugs partially meet the requirements to be provided. As well as attempting to solve the problem had a weak practicality.
