Abstract

PURPOSE: A hinge bracket and a producing method thereof are provided to easily assemble a microwave oven and to prevent the microwave oven from being defective. CONSTITUTION: A hinge bracket(10) comprises a fixing portion(21) fixed to a body by a welding; and a pair of door hinge portions(23) drawn forward through a hinge through hole to rotate a door and bent from the upper and the lower end of the fixing portion. A pin combining hole(25) is formed in the free end area of the door hinge portion and an uneven pattern(20) is formed on the surface of the hinge bracket. The uneven pattern increases the surface tension of the hinge bracket to prevent the door hinge portions from being bent. A metal plate material is pressed, blanked and stamped to be the intermediate molding material of the hinge bracket with the uneven pattern. The both ends of the intermediate molding material are bent to form the door hinge portion.
