Abstract

PURPOSE: A rubber composition (washing ball) for activating water molecular and production method thereof are provided to clean clothing fibers by adding alkali ceramic/non-ionic surfactant into natural rubber and compression-foaming it. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of natural rubber (or synthetic rubber), 20 parts by weight of calcium hydroxide, 50 parts by weight of a surfactant (liquid LAS or NP-8), 73 parts by weight of sodium lauryl sulfate, 90 parts by weight of sodium carbonate, 3 parts by weight of sulfur, 5 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 2 parts by weight of stearic acid, 1 parts by weight of TT (a rubber vulcanization accelerator), 0.5 parts by weight of TS (a rubber vulcanization accelerator), 2 parts by weight of DM (a rubber vulcanization accelerator), and prepared by mixing the above composition for 1 to 3 hrs, compression-foaming at a temperature range of 150 to 170 deg.C for 12-17 min.
