Claims (3)
- 밸브본체의 유통로 내부에 회동되게 설치되어 그 유통로를 개폐하는 밸브 개폐용 원판을 갖는 밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브본체의 내주면과 개폐판과의 사이에 위치되어 씨일링 하는, 불소수지 물질로서 개폐판의 둘레에 상응하는 크기로 형성되고 둘레를 따라 요홈부가 형성된 원형상의 제1부재와, 베클라이트 물질로서 상기 제1부재의 둘레에 상응하는 크기로서 형성되며 상기 제1부재의 둘레에 고정 지지되어 상기 요홈부를 밀폐된 공간부를 이루게 폐쇄하는 원환상의 제2부재와, 상기 밀폐된 공간부 내부에 탄성물질을 가압 충진하여 상기 제1부재와 제2부재를 일체화하는 탄성층을 형성하는 탄성부로 된 패킹부재를 포함하는 밸브용 패킹구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패킹부재는 적어도 2개의 반원체로 분할 형성되고, 각 분할체에는 폐쇄된 공간부의 내부로 탄성물질을 주입 하기위한 주입공들이 더 형성됨을 특징으로하는 밸브용 패킹구조.
- 유통로를 갖는 밸브본체의 내부에 회동되게 설치되어 상기 유통로를 개폐하는 원형상의 개폐판을 갖는 밸브를 제조함에 있어서,상기 밸브본체의 내주면에 설치되어 상기 밸브개폐판과의 사이를 씨일링하는, 불소수지 물질로서 개폐판의 둘레에 상응하는 크기로 되고 외주면에는 요홈부를 갖는 원형상의 제1부재를 형성하는 단계;상기 제1부재의 둘레에 상응하는 크기를 이루어 상기 제1부재의 둘레에 고정 지지되고, 상기 요홈부를 밀폐된 공간부를 이루게 폐쇄하는 원환상의 제2부재를 베클라이트 물질로서 형성하는 단계; 및밀폐된 공간부 내부로 탄성물질을 가압 충진하여 상기 제1부재와 제2부재를 일체화하는 탄성부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 밸브용 패킹의 제조방법.
