Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for recognizing secret number of a mobile telephone by a voice recognition is provided to prevent a secret number from being known to other person by inputting the secret number through voice recognition. CONSTITUTION: A menu button is pushed through a key pad capable of recognizing voice(S1). In the displayed several menus, a voice input button is pushed and an MSM recognizes that the voice input button is in the on state(S2,S3). In case that a user pushes a secret number change button for changing secret number, the MSM recognizes that the secret number change button is in the on state(S4). When the secret number is input by voice of the user through a mike, the analog voice signal is converted into a digital signal through a code and stored in an EEPROM through the MSM(S5). When the user pushes an end button of the key pad, the MSM recognizes the end button and the completes the secret number input operation(S6).
