Claims (2)
- 화학성분은 C 0.02 중량% 이하, Si 0.25 중량% 이하, Mn 0.2∼0.4 중량%, P 0.007 중량% 이하, S 0.002 중량% 이하, Ni 35.5∼36.5 중량%이며 잔부는 Fe인 Fe-Ni 인바아합금 판재에, 화학성분은 C 0.12 중량% 이하, Si 1.0 중량% 이하, Mn 2.0 중량% 이하 P 0.03 중량% 이하, S 0.03 중량% 이하, Ni 8.0∼10.5 중량%, Cr 17.0∼19.0 중량% 이며 잔부는 Fe인 STS 304H 스테인레스스틸 판재를 각각 배열하고 서로 맞닿는 면을 공지의 연속 전자빔 용접방식을 이용하여 일체화 시킨 칼라브라운관용 바이메탈 스프링 소재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,Fe-Ni 인바아합금 판재의 두께는 1.165∼1.235m/m이며 폭은 19.70∼20.30m/m이고 STS 304H 스테인레스스틸 판재의 두께는 1.165∼1.235m/m이며 폭은 12.20∼12.80m/m인 것을 특징으로 하는 29"NFA 형식의 칼라브라운관용 바이메탈 스프링 소재.
