Abstract

PURPOSE: An automatic injection device for providing intravenous infusion dose to patients is useful for the automatical and correct injection of intravenous infusion dose without any particular effort. CONSTITUTION: An automatic dose injection device for providing intravenous infusion comprises an intravenous injector equipped with a duck-neck pump. The device enables the accurate dose and the injection rate of to be achieved by means of an arithmetic and control process with a microcomputer built in a pump driving control. The driving control has a driving source working based on the current heating and contraction movement. The source is noise-free, super light, low power consumptive and runs for a long time even with a portable battery. The device effects the accuracy of intravenous dose and enables the patient to move without other supporting means such as stand or rack.

Description

Automatic Dispencing System for Venous Injection}Medical Dispencing System for Venous Injection

The present invention relates to a medical intravenous fluid injection device. When administering fluid to a patient using a conventional gravity-use intravenous infusion syringe set, the administration speed was controlled by appropriately adjusting the size of the injection tube depending on the experience of the caregiver. Efforts were needed to monitor and control the rate of administration.

In addition, if intravenous fluid is being administered and the patient needs to move to another space (rest room, toilet, etc.), it is very important for the patient or the caregiver because an auxiliary means (sap rest, wall hanging, etc.) is required to maintain a constant gravity in the fluid. It's cumbersome.

The present invention is a device for accurately and automatically administering intravenous fluids without any effort from the caregiver. Therefore, the following technical problems should be solved.

3. Description of operation principle of duck pump

The continuous and regular signal of the microcomputer of the pump drive control unit is amplified by the current output device and transmitted to each drive device, and the drive device made of the shape alloy wire is heated by the current resistance heat.

When the drive element is heated above the shape change temperature, it is contracted and deformed into a memorized shape. When the current is cut off, the drive element is cooled by natural heat dissipation and restored to its original state by the elasticity of the bias spring and the silicone rubber tube.

The physical force generated as described above is sequentially transmitted to the pump drive tube formed of silicon rubber, such as contracted interlocking movement of the lateral pattern muscle of the esophagus, and pressurizes the sap.

In the operation of the alder pump drive tube applying the Esophagus fluid transfer principle, the eight-step operation as shown in the following figure is performed continuously by the microcomputer's operational control.

(One). The drive tube of the alder pump applied in the present invention is simple in structure and can be pressurized without direct contact with the venous sap and the pump driving device, and can control the very precise amount without the feedback circuit by the flow rate and the hydraulic measurement.

In addition, even when the pump drive controller fails, intravenous fluid can be continuously administered using gravity.

(2). The shape memory alloy wire driving device applied to the present invention can be manufactured in a portable type because of the noiseless, ultra small and low power consumption characteristics.

As described above, the present invention can automatically and precisely inject a dose of intravenous fluid according to a doctor's prescription to assist the doctor and the caregiver's medical activities, and can be easily carried for a certain period of time for the patient's comfortable activity. It is effective in improving the medical environment by ensuring the
