Abstract
Description
본 발명은 얼굴에 주름이나 패인 부분을 평편하게 만들거나 완화시켜 주는 것으로, 일반적으로 주름 제거하는 방법으로는 외과적인 성형 수술로 늘어진 피부 조직을 절제하여 땡겨 봉합하는 것은 나이가 많아 피부의 조직들이 많이 늘어난 경우에 수술을 하나 흉터가 많이 생기며 전신 마취와 수술 비용이 비싸다. 심하지 않는 주름에는 아테콜, 레스틸렌 등은 패인 부분에 인체 조직과 잘 융화되는 물질을 삽입하여 올라오게 하는 방법이 있으나 시술 비용이 높고, 조직 내에 흡수가 되며 이물 반응이 일어 날 수 있다. 또한, 자가 지방을 주름 부위에 이식하는 경우에는 얼마가지 못해 흡수가 너무 잘 되므로 장기적인 효과는 기대하기 어렵다. 주름진 부위의 근육활동을 마비시켜 인상을 찌푸리거나 웃을 때 피부의 움직임을 없애는 방법으로는 보톡스 라는 독소를 안면 주름진 부위에 주기적으로 4-6개월 간격으로 반복적으로 맞아야 함으로 비용이 높다. 레이저 필링이나 레이저 광을 주름진 부위에 조사하여 주름을 없애는 방법 또한 시술 후에 드레싱의 치료, 홍조증, 수술 후 사회 활동 문제 등 만족 할 만큼의 기대 부족하다. 이러한 문제는 기존 주름 치료방법으로 나타나는 결과로 새로운 수술이나 보다 더 획기적인 방법이 개발되어 있지 않기 때문이다. 본 발명은 주름의 상태에 따라 진피 상부 층에 절연된 니들을 꽂은 다음 고주파의 엘러베이션 커런트를 탄력 섬유와 교원질 섬유 조직에 발진시켜 세포가 확장 및 팽창되는 원리를 이용한 것으로, 고주파의 와트와 펄스, 시간 등을 조절 할 수 있게 설계되어 있으며, 주름의 크기에 알맞은 여러 가지의 니들을 핸드피스에 장착하여 사용하며, 주름을 간단하게 제거하도록 만든 발명이다.The present invention is to flatten or relieve wrinkles or dents on the face, generally, as a method of removing wrinkles, it is difficult to remove the stretched skin tissue by surgical plastic surgery, and then suture the sutures in many skin tissues.
