Abstract

PURPOSE: A PVC composition having improved injectability, generating no pin hole and crack on the surface of a product and having mechanical properties such as tensile strength, wear resistance or the like by mixing in a proper ratio in a case of injection molding with PVC in the form of a plate is provided which remarkably improves injection moldability of a mat for visual handicapped person. CONSTITUTION: The PVC composition comprises 40 to 60% by weight of PVC resin, 15 to 25% by weight of a plasticizer, 3 to 5% by weight of a stabilizer, 4% by weight of a heat stabilizer, 0.5 to 1% by weight of a binding agent and 9.5 to 25% by weight of a filler. The composition displays intrinsic characteristics when used for visual handicapped person.
