Description

Coated non-woven fabric for ink jet printing}Coated non-woven fabric for ink jet printing

Materials used in advertisements using inkjet printing media include cloth, paper, inkjet film, back light film, and polyester film. Among them, the inkjet film (see Korean Patent Publication No. 96-22895) has good printing characteristics, but the coating layer and the printing layer are damaged when rain is used when used outdoors due to lack of water resistance of the coating layer. Paper-based inkjet paper (see Korean Patent Publication No. 92-869) is also not suitable for outdoor use due to lack of water resistance and strength of paper and coating layer.

In addition, there is a printing nonwoven fabric (refer to Korean Patent Publication No. 91-15741) in which a resin and a pigment are coated on a nonwoven fabric, but ink absorption speed of clay and calcium carbonate used as a pigment when printing it by an inkjet method instead of offset printing. Because of low and low absorption amount there is a problem that the print quality is reduced due to the smear of the inkjet image.

In order to solve the problems of the conventional advertising materials in the present invention, instead of paper or film as a coating substrate in the waterproof and durable excellent non-directional high-density polyethylene fiber that is used as a material for outdoor advertising and banners formed by explosion-spinning Nonwoven fabric was used. In addition, to improve the absorption speed and print quality of inkjet ink, silica was used as coating pigment with large oil absorption volume and porous and fast ink absorption.Ammonium zirconium carbonate, ammonium zirconium acrylate, glyoxal, epoxy as water-resistant agent in coating liquid composition One of the resins was added to greatly improve outdoor storage. Therefore, the present invention is a pigment coating non-woven fabric for inkjet printing and its coating composition that can be used outdoors because the print image is clear and there is no damage to the coating layer due to rain or wind when printing using a real-time inkjet printer. It is for the purpose of manufacturing.

The nonwoven fabric used as the substrate in the present invention is a special fiber formed by heat and pressure by exploding the non-directional high-density polyethylene fiber having a thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 μm without a binder or filler. Therefore, it is tough and light, has excellent elasticity, does not generate fine dust, and has strong characteristics against water or chemicals.

Undercoating is performed on the substrate, and polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic resin, polyvinylacetate, latex, etc. may be used as the resin used for the undercoating, and silica, calcium carbonate, clay, talc may be used as the pigment. , Titanium dioxide, plastic pigment, and the like can be used. As the adhesive used for the top coating, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic resin, polyvinylacetate, latex, etc. may be used, and an appropriate composition ratio of the pigment to the adhesive is about 10: 2-9.

5-10 parts by weight of ammonium zirconium carbonate, glyoxal, or epoxy resin, water-retaining improver, ink fixing agent, and antifoaming agent may be mixed to 0.5 to 5 parts by weight with respect to the dry weight part of the pigment.

After the under coating, a plurality of top coating layers are laminated on the under coating layer.
