Description

Drop interception method of water tank}Drop interception method of water tank

The present invention relates to a water tank condensation prevention method, and more particularly, to prevent condensation and corrosion that may occur in a stainless steel water tank installed in the basement or the roof of an apartment for supplying water to a residential area such as an apartment. An improved water tank condensation prevention method is provided.

In general, small water tanks used at home use a lot of F.R.P material.

However, in a residential area with a large number of households such as a large apartment complex, a large water tank is provided on the roof or basement of the apartment to supply sufficient drinking water.

If the water tank used in the apartments in the residential area as the above is made of FLP, it is not only good for hygiene, but also to solve this problem because harmful ingredients contained in the FLP are leaked by the passage of time. Periodic cleaning and disinfection are required.

For this reason, stainless steel water tanks are often installed in apartment complexes.

However, this also causes a significant problem, which will be described in detail as follows.

Welds, which are used to form a rectangular tank, welds for inlet and outlet parts for inflow and outflow of water, and welds for installation of other equipment, are easily corroded by chlorine gas generated from chlorine in tap water. .

There is a concern that the tap water in the tank is contaminated by the corrosive spills due to the corrosion, such as to damage the sanitation of tap water users.

In particular, a condensation phenomenon occurs in which water droplets form on the outside of the tank due to a temperature difference due to water supplied into the tank, resulting in contamination of the bottom surface of the tank, which is illustrated in FIG. 2. As described above, after coating the heat insulator 2 on the outer surface of the tank 1, there is a disadvantage in that a separate binding means 3 is further provided to prevent the heat insulator 2 from being separated.

As described above, when the insulating material is coated on the outer surface of the tank, the tank installation work is complicated, and unnecessary cost burden is added.

Accordingly, the present invention is to solve the problems described above, and by providing a coating treatment on the inner and outer surfaces of the tank made of stainless steel to prevent condensation and corrosion of the welded parts by the temperature difference can be supplied sanitary tap water. To increase the user's convenience.

1 is a perspective view of a conventional water tank for explaining the present invention, Figure 3 is described together with a partial cross-sectional view of a water tank to which the technique of the present invention is applied.

The water tank 10 installed in the basement of the apartment for supplying the water supply to each generation of the apartment complex is made of a hexahedron made of stainless steel, and the outlet for receiving the water supply and the outlet for supplying the water supply to each household. It is installed with the part 12.

In the present invention, the coating material 15 is coated on the inner and outer surfaces of the water tank 10 so as to prevent insulation, condensation and corrosion without covering a separate insulating material.

상기 코팅재(15)는;The coating material 15 is;

The acrylic resin, urethane resin, and ceramic resin are mixed to complete the coating by using a spray gun on the inner and outer surfaces of the water tank 10.

The mixing ratio of the acrylic resin, urethane resin and ceramic resin is most preferably mixed with 25% of acrylic resin, 50% of urethane resin and 25% of ceramic resin based on the total weight.

상기와 같은 본 발명의 코팅재(15)로 피복된 물탱크(10)는;The water tank 10 coated with the coating material 15 of the present invention as described above;

Since the inner and outer surfaces of the water tank 10 are coated with the coating material 15, the welding part made to form the water tank 10 does not come into contact with water, so there is no fear of corrosion due to harmful components contained in the water. The water source can be kept clean at all times.

Sufficient by the properties such as water resistance (acid water resistance), acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, insulation, abrasion resistance and adhesiveness of the acrylic resin and urethane resin used as a raw material of the coating material 15 As well as maintaining the strength, it is possible to improve the adhesiveness with the tank 10 and to obtain the effect of sound insulation.

In particular, since the coating material 15 overcomes the temperature difference between the water supply source and the water tank 10 supplied into the water tank 10, condensation may occur on the outer surface of the water tank 10.

This is possible because the coating material 15 coated on the inner and outer surfaces of the water tank 10 overcomes the temperature difference between the water source and the water tank 10 and at the same time blocks the temperature of the water source from being conducted to the water tank 10. Done.

In the case of the ceramic powder included in the coating material 15, the far infrared rays are directly radiated to the water source collected in the water tank 10, thereby contributing to the oxygen supply and activation of the water source and sterilizing harmful bacteria to supply an excellent water source.

The present invention as described above is to provide a sanitary tap water by coating the inner and outer surfaces of the tank made of stainless material to facilitate the installation work of the water tank, as well as to prevent condensation due to temperature differences and corrosion of the welded parts. By making it possible to increase the convenience of the user, and so on.
