본 발명은 탄소과립체와 접착제를 이용한 복합 보드의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 기존 복합 보드(파티클보드, MDF 등)의 경우 목분과 접착제 또는 일부 비목재분을 혼합하여 제품화한 것으로 최근 들어 그 수요가 증가 추세에 있으나 원자재인 목재를 분쇄하여 혼입함으로 인해 가격이 고가이고 사용되는 접착제는 포름알데히드 잔류량의 환경적인 문제로 인해 작은양이 방출되는 접착제의 개발과 이에 따른 원가 상승 등으로 가구재로의 수요는 극히 한정되어 있다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite board using carbon granules and adhesives.
