Abstract

PURPOSE: A mold for producing curved glass is provided, which can produce the precise glass regardless of its size and the shape homogeneously and continuously. Therefore, the mold is produced by being divided into three parts and put together. CONSTITUTION: A mold for producing curved glass is divided into 3 parts which are an A mold(1), a B mold(2), and a forming mold(3) and assembled. Especially, a dent on the slanted surface(2') is installed onto the B mold(2) for making the boarded glass fixed into the exact point and easy work and a small hole(4) onto the forming mold(3) for smooth air discharge.

이를 실현하기 위한 실시예로서 판유리보다 경도가 강하면서 내열과 내식성이 있는 강재와 세라믹을 전용 또는 혼용으로 A몰드(1) B몰드(2) 성형몰드(3)에 적용하여 설치하되 제1도와 제2도에서 나타낸바와 같이 제작이 용이하고 부품교체가 쉽도록 각개체를 독립적으로 하여 조립식으로 설치하고 B몰드(2)의 제작은 판유리(7)가 가열성형 될 때와 얹고 내리는 과정에서 정확한 지점에 안착되고 진공이 되지 않고 작업이 용이하도록 경사면에 경사면요홈(2')을 구성한다. 또 성형몰드(3)의 구성은 가열 성형될 판유리(7)의 규격에 맞도록 전용 설계하되 세혈천공구(4)의 구멍을 제2도에서 나타낸바와 같이 구성하며 세혈천공의 제작상 난점을 해결하면서 공기공간(8)내의 공기가 좀더 원활하게 밖으로 배출되도록 구성한다.As an embodiment for realizing this, steel and ceramics having hardness and heat resistance and corrosion resistance, which are stronger than plate glass, are applied to the A mold (1), B mold (2) and molding mold (3) exclusively or in a mixed state.
