Description

폐도자기와 폐애자를 경량 골재 대체재와 포장용 골재로 사용하는 재활용법{The recycling system of waste china ware and waste insulator for the substitute of light-weight aggregate and paving material}The recycling system of waste china ware and waste insulator for the substitute of light-weight aggregate and paving material}

In the past, waste pottery or waste insulators have no use for recycling, and they have disturbed the environment by landfilling or illegal dumping and neglect, thereby creating pollution. In the end, landfilling is inevitable when it cannot be reused or recycled. However, due to lack of landfill and budget constraints, landfill disposal has been limited. In the present situation of Korea which is scarce, it is a waste and loss of enormous national resources to bury or leave such waste. In particular, such aggregates do not need to be granulated and calcined, and the manufacturing process can easily produce aggregates by crushing and polishing.

An object of the present invention is to recycle 100% recycled waste such as waste pottery, waste insulators, etc., and the lightweight aggregate of civil engineering and construction that is formed into aggregate close to the sphere through the process of crushing, grinding and particle selection. It is used as a substitute for gravel, etc., and it is also used as part of concrete aggregate permeable structure pavement aggregates such as driveways, sidewalks, walkways, parking lots, bicycle paths, and roadbed aggregates in the lower layers of asphalt pavements.

In order to achieve the above object, the process of making aggregate using waste ceramics and insulators is displayed in a clear diagram.

Characteristic of waste aggregate (liposera) recycling product

(1) Characteristic of recycling product of waste Product name ‥‥‥ Liposera (waste ceramics, waste insulator aggregate)

Waste ceramics and insulators, which cannot be reduced naturally, are recycled as resources through a new manufacturing process to make reposeras and use them as material recycling products that contribute to environmental conservation.

(2) high strength permanent permeable goods

Pavement using the aggregate is made of concrete shaped permeable structure, so there is no blockage in the gap and the porosity is high, so the permeability is excellent. There is no bounce, no traffic obstacles, and water is pumped underground to help drain roads during heavy rains.

Permeability comparison test result

(3) environmentally friendly products

Permeable pavement using this aggregate can prevent ground subsidence by preventing vegetation due to depletion of groundwater by not only recovering the natural ecosystem, but also promoting the greening of vegetation, since rainwater is permeated into the ground without falling into the sewer.

(4) Since the surface is a concrete permeable structure, the surface friction coefficient is large, so it is excellent in non-slipness, and since dust, dust, dirt, etc. do not collect on the collecting pit, and the inside of the pit does not become clogged, and there is no need for cleaning to remove it.

(5) Since this aggregate is already fired, it has strong abrasion resistance and becomes a substitute for hard aggregate such as permanent packing aggregate and natural gravel.

(6) It is excellent in sound insulation and heat insulation by the void layer of a concrete permeable structure.

(7) The pigments can be used in various ways to create beautiful scenery around them.

(8) The modulus of elasticity is 2.5 × 10 5 (1/8 to 1/10 of the concrete), so you can enjoy walking lightly because you do not feel the impact when walking.

(9) Aggregate is waste, simple processing, low cost, high value-added products that do not require the cost of firing process for forming the formed body.

Then, an embodiment using the aggregate having such an advantage is as follows.

실시예Example

1(1) Example 1 to solve the environmental problems caused by the collection of gravel using as a substitute for natural gravel

It is the use of aggregate as a substitute for natural gravel that is used in large quantities in the field of civil construction. In particular, the use as a road paving material is expected to have unlimited demand. Asphalt concrete is usually a mixture of crushed stone, gravel, sand and asphalt, which can now be replaced by up to 15% of the aggregate as part of the gravel.

2(2) Use Example 2 as roadbed material of packing

The following figure shows a construction example in which wastes (waste pottery, crush) are recycled into crushed aggregates.

Crushed stone and this aggregate are mixed in the lower layer of 15cm thickness among the roadbed of 30cm thickness and used as lower layerbed material.

3(3) Example 3 used as aggregate of permeable color surface layer in asphalt pavement

The waste aggregates crushed in the primary crusher are ceramic balls and aggregates or aggregates by rotating through the process of stirring the ceramic balls (the size of the primary crushed aggregate particles) and the primary crushed aggregates in the secondary crusher. In this process of grinding and aggregating countless times, the angular angle is lost and it becomes a regular aggregate close to the sphere. This aggregate is screened into the desired particles and used as a surface aggregate in asphalt pavement using thermosetting synthetic resin as a binder. At this time, the principle of the spherical hexagonal structure causes a resin aggregation phenomenon around the bonding point due to the exothermic action when the binder film is cured, and the non-bonded surface becomes thin in the resin film. The principle of the spherical hexagonal structure is as follows.

Aggregate properties using waste as a packaging material are those having a particle size of usually 10 mm or less, and the particle shape makes the angle of the edges of the particles close to the sphere. The specific gravity is about 2.00 to 2.55, the water absorption is 0.3 to 0.4, and the blending ratio is 10 to 20% of the whole mixture.

The configuration of the concrete fixed permeable color packaging made by mixing with such waste aggregate is as follows.

Pitcher aggregate test data is recorded below for reference.

Epoxy Resin as Binder Material

Epoxy resin is a flexible epoxy resin paving binder, and adheres well to floors such as cement pavement, rugged asphalt pavement or steel plate, and has excellent durability. It is also a small amount of additives, making it easy to color and is the most suitable binder for color packaging. As a flexible epoxy resin, it is an epoxy resin with bonding strength, resistance to heat, and moderate flexibility, and suitable for use in water-permeable packaging because of its characteristics.

(1) The epoxy resin used as a binder is based on the following quality standards.

(4) Determination of the amount of binder

The amount of binder added varies depending on the quality, particle size, and particle size of the aggregate used, and is determined in consideration of the place of use and freezing of winter.

Once the addition amount is set, the test mixture should be used with the aggregate used to determine the correct addition amount. If the amount is too large, slowness may occur and become strong, but if it is too small, slipping becomes too easy, and if it is too small, it weakens with respect to the purpose.

Overview of paving construction

(1) mixing of resin

The main epoxy equivalent and the active amine hydrogen equivalent of the curing agent are paired to cause a chemical reaction as a ratio and to cure as a resin.

Too much or too little hardener on the subject will result in unreacted moieties leading to poor curing. Moreover, hardening defect may be caused also when stirring mixing is not enough.

When a large amount of resin is made, the reaction time is shortened due to the heat of chemical reaction and the pot life is shortened.

The mixing ratio of the main material and the hardening material is accurately weighed and thoroughly stirred with a hand mixer.

Since epoxy resin cannot change the curing time by outside temperature, it is available for summer and winter. When the outside temperature is above 15 ℃, the following type resin is used.

(2) aggregate

The aggregate used should be dry and check the particle size.

Turn the grinder and remove any pieces of wood mixed in the aggregate to check for any impurities.

During summer construction, care should be taken at the storage location as the aggregate temperature rises to speed up the curing time.

(3) background

The ground is adjusted to a state where work is possible by removing impurities such as dust and garbage before construction and drying. If it gets wet, the pavement may whiten after construction. In the case of concrete ground, if the concrete is not well cured, the efflorescence (白 華) of concrete is likely to occur.

Precautions in construction are as follows.

(1) Weather and time of construction

Considering the weather conditions, determine the construction area according to the construction capacity and consider the curing curing time to fully consider the traffic communication time. Stop work in the rain.

(2) Temperature at the time of construction

Air and road temperature are sometimes different and curing is susceptible to road temperature. Therefore, when the temperature decreases, the reaction rate of the binder is slowed down, thereby prolonging the curing time.

Do not apply when the outside air temperature is below 10 ℃.

(3) housework time

The construction is often done by hand and it may take a while, so the amount of one time should be determined in consideration of the pot life of the material. Trowel work is very limited depending on the temperature and mixing amount, so it is necessary to work skillfully.

(4) curing and time

It is cured so as not to step on it until it is touched by hand, and it is aimed at not sticky for 6 hours in summer and 12 hours in winter, and it takes about 7 days to achieve the purpose of final strength. If the temperature is unusually low, give warm air, etc.) During curing, avoid the effects of rain, etc., and heat it with a ventilation heater if necessary according to the outside temperature.

(5) Precautions in handling the binder

Handle in a well-ventilated place. Exhaust systems should be installed locally when working indoors.

㉡ 마시든가, 흡인하든가, 눈, 피부에 닿지 않도록 하고 동시에 취급중에는 보호안경, 보호장갑, 보호마스크 등의 적절한 보호구를 착용할 것㉡ Do not drink, aspirate, contact with eyes or skin, and wear appropriate protective equipment such as protective glasses, gloves and mask during handling.

Flash point of this product is 98 ℃ (opening method), hardening agent [for winter] 158 ℃ (opening method) [for summer] 176 ℃ (opening method), if extinguishing agent is possible with carbon dioxide, powder, foam, water spray Wear extinguishing equipment and extinguish in wind.

As described above, the recycling method of waste (waste pottery, waste insulator) aggregate of the present invention
