Abstract
Description
본 고안은 조류(적조,녹조)를 수중에서 제거하기 위해 조류를 흡입하는 방법, 조류를 응집하는 방법과 응집된 조류를 여과하는 방법에 관계되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of inhaling algae, agglomeration of algae and a method of filtering agglomerated algae to remove algae (red and green algae) from the water.
현재, 국내에서 연안 해역에 적조 발생시 조류제거를 위해 양식장에서의 가두리의 침하 또는 이동, 황토의 살포, 그리고 긴급출하 등의 조치를 취하고 있으나, 이는 일시적인 방편일 뿐 효과적인 대안이라 할 수 없다. 그리고, 호소내의 처리방안으로 심층폭기, 황산동 살포, 저질토 준설이 주로 이용되나 비용이 많이 소요 될 뿐만 아니라, 일시적인 효과만을 기대할 수 있어 근본적인 해결책이라고 볼 수는 없다.At present, in Korea, when the tide occurs in the coastal waters, measures such as sinking or moving cages in farms, spreading ocher, and urgent release are taken, but this is only a temporary measure and is not an effective alternative. 본 고안은 조류제거 System을 Barge위에 탑제시켜, 조류(적조 및 녹조) 제거율을 70% 이상으로 하는 조류제거기이다. 해양에서는 광범위한 오염지역을 고려하여 600m3/hr을 처리할 수 있는 대용량 크기로, 육지에서는 운송의 편이성을 도모하기 위해 처리유량을 100m3/hr으로 소형화시킨다.The present design is an algae eliminator with a algae removal system on top of the barge, making the algae (red and green algae) removal rates above 70%. 본 고안은 연안 및 호수에서 조류(적조, 녹조)가 다량 발생했을 때 조류제거 System을 탑재한 조류제거선을 이용하여 조류를 처리하게 된다. 수면 상층의 조류 물질을 제거기 내로 흡입하기 위해 조류유도판(1)을 사용하는데 이 장치는 상하로 이동할 수 있는 조절 기능을 가진다. 흡입된 조류가 포함된 물은 급속혼화조(3)로 유입되며 응집공정의 첫 단계로서 적정한 응집제와 투여량을 응집제 저장 탱크(2)로부터 정량을 취하여 급속혼화조(3)에 투여한다. 투여된 응집제를 가능한 짧은 시간 내에 처리수 전반에 걸쳐 균등하게 분산시켜 응집제와 오염물질(적조)간의 물리화학적 반응 및 접촉이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 한 후 플록형성지(4)로 이송한다. 급속 혼화지(3)에서 생성된 아주 미세한 플록을 플록형성지(4)에서는 느린 교반으로 상호 충돌시켜 플록 크기를 크게 만들어 후속 여과장치에서 쉽게 걸러지도록 한다. 성장된 플록들은 회전 드럼필터장치(5)로 유입되어 여과된다. 이 장치는 미세 여과를 할 수 있는 장치로 드럼형 필터가 내장되어 있으며 회전되는 드럼 내부로 플록형성지를 거친 처리수가 유입되어 적조 및 부유물질 Floc들이 필터에 여과되고 나머지 정화된 처리수는 드럼 외부로 빠져나간다. 이와 같은 공정은 일반적인 응집공정의 처리시간인 15분 ∼ 30분을 3∼5분으로 크게 단축시킨 직접 여과 공정이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 필터에 부착된 Floc슬러지는 드럼 외부에 장착된 필터 세척용 노즐 분사장치를 이용하여 세척 제거된다. 이 때 발생된 슬러지를 농축수조(6)로 이송하여 슬러지의 수분을 감소시켜 슬러지의 체적을 감소시킨다.The present invention processes algae using an algae removal system equipped with an algae removal system when a large amount of algae (red and green algae) occurs in coastal and lakes. The treated water flowing through the floc forming paper flows into the rotating drum, and red tide and suspended solids flocs are filtered through the filter, and the remaining purified water is discharged to the outside of the drum.
