Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing algae is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an algae skimmer (1) which is moves up and down according to the distribution position of upper part algae and inhales algae; a rapid mix (3) which receives the inhaled algae; a coagulating agent storage tank (2) which injects a coagulating agent into the rapid mix (3); a flocculation basin (4) which make the size of floc be larger; a drum filter (5) which filters the floc from the flocculation basin (4); a nozzle sprayer which washes and removes the floc sludge attached to the filter; and a concentration bath (6) where the generated sludge is transferred.

본 고안은 연안 및 호수에서 조류(적조, 녹조)가 다량 발생했을 때 조류제거 System을 탑재한 조류제거선을 이용하여 조류를 처리하게 된다. 수면 상층의 조류 물질을 제거기 내로 흡입하기 위해 조류유도판(1)을 사용하는데 이 장치는 상하로 이동할 수 있는 조절 기능을 가진다. 흡입된 조류가 포함된 물은 급속혼화조(3)로 유입되며 응집공정의 첫 단계로서 적정한 응집제와 투여량을 응집제 저장 탱크(2)로부터 정량을 취하여 급속혼화조(3)에 투여한다. 투여된 응집제를 가능한 짧은 시간 내에 처리수 전반에 걸쳐 균등하게 분산시켜 응집제와 오염물질(적조)간의 물리화학적 반응 및 접촉이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 한 후 플록형성지(4)로 이송한다. 급속 혼화지(3)에서 생성된 아주 미세한 플록을 플록형성지(4)에서는 느린 교반으로 상호 충돌시켜 플록 크기를 크게 만들어 후속 여과장치에서 쉽게 걸러지도록 한다. 성장된 플록들은 회전 드럼필터장치(5)로 유입되어 여과된다. 이 장치는 미세 여과를 할 수 있는 장치로 드럼형 필터가 내장되어 있으며 회전되는 드럼 내부로 플록형성지를 거친 처리수가 유입되어 적조 및 부유물질 Floc들이 필터에 여과되고 나머지 정화된 처리수는 드럼 외부로 빠져나간다. 이와 같은 공정은 일반적인 응집공정의 처리시간인 15분 ∼ 30분을 3∼5분으로 크게 단축시킨 직접 여과 공정이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 필터에 부착된 Floc슬러지는 드럼 외부에 장착된 필터 세척용 노즐 분사장치를 이용하여 세척 제거된다. 이 때 발생된 슬러지를 농축수조(6)로 이송하여 슬러지의 수분을 감소시켜 슬러지의 체적을 감소시킨다.The present invention processes algae using an algae removal system equipped with an algae removal system when a large amount of algae (red and green algae) occurs in coastal and lakes.
