Abstract

PURPOSE: A preparation method of functional kimchi using gold & silver is provided to inhibit the growth of septic bacteria, thereby prolonging storage period. CONSTITUTION: In cultivating cabbage, an effective amount of germanium & selenium solution is sprayed into soil, and in tank farming, 2% of germanium & selenium solution is used. In addition, gold is electrolyzed in distilled water to prepare 3 ppm of gold solution and 2% of the gold solution is added in seasoning cabbage. And then, silver is electrolyzed in distilled water to prepare 10 ppm of silver solution, and sprayed onto the seasoned cabbage.
