본 발명은 연결편(10)에 단일체로된 관형 동체(11)의 상, 하단에는 타측연결편(10a)에 부착시킨 회전관(12)(12a)을 설치하고 하부 회전관(12a)에 삽입시켜 관형 동체(11) 하단에 나사물림으로 고정시킨 지지축(20)에, 관형 동체(11) 내부에 설치된 코일스프링(30))의 하단을 고정시키고, 상부 회전관(12)에는 회전축(21)의 상부에 크게 형성된 회전축(21a)을 삽입시키고, 회전축(21)의 하단은 하부지지축(20)의 상단과 지지구(20a)에 의하여 상호지지시켜 안전하게 회전되게 하고, 그리고 상부 회전축(21a)의 단턱에 코일스프링(30)의 상단을 고정시키므로써 회전축(21)의 회전에 따라 코일스프링(30)이 감기거나 풀리게 하여 스프링(30)의 탄발력에 의하여 열려 있던 문이 자동으로 닫히게 된다. 그리고 상부 회전축(21a)의 상부 중앙에 요입부(22)를 형성하고 그 상부에 장방형 삽입홈(22a)을 형성하여, 요입부(22)에는 코일스프링(31)을 삽입시키고, 상부의 장방형 삽입홈(22a)에는 중앙에 테이퍼진 삽입장공(41)을 형성한 래칫폴(40)을 삽입시켜 일측을 코일스프링(32)으로 탄지시키므로서 래칫폴(40)이 상부 회전관(12)의 내 상부에 형성된 래칫기어(42)에 맏물리게 하였기 때문에 감겨진 코일스프링(30)은 다음에 설명하는 해지조작을 하기전에는 풀리지 않고 탄력을 유지하게 된다. 그리고 래칫폴(40)에 형성된 테이퍼진 삽입장공(41)에는 코일스프링(31)의 압지편(51)이 형성되고, 그 상부에 테이퍼진 압지편(52)을 형성한 압지구(50)를 삽입 설치한 다음 압지구(50)가 상부로 노출되록 공구 삽입홈(61)이 형성된 지지너트(60)를 상부 회전축(21a)에 나사물림 으로 고정시켜 구성하였기 때문에 지지너트(60)에 형성된 공구 삽입홈(61)에 알맞는 공구를 삽입시켜 우회전 시키게 되면 관형 동체(11)내에 설치된 코일스프링(30)을 조여주어 탄발력을 강화시키게 되며, 지지너트(60)의 상부로 누출된 압지구(50)를 손으로 눌러주게 되면 테이퍼진 압지편(52)이 래칫폴(40)에 형성된 테이퍼진 삽입장공(41)의 테이퍼면을 밀게되므로 래칫폴(40)이 래칫기어(42)에서 이완되므로 회전축(21)(21a)은 코일스프링(30)의 탄발력에 의하여 회전하게 되어 코일스프링(30)의 탄발력이 풀리게 된다. 그리고 압지구(50)에서 손을 떼게 되면 요입부에 설치된 코일스프링(31)의 탄발력에 의하여 압지구는 원상복귀 되어 래칫폴(40)은 다시 래칫기어(42)와 맏물려 있게 되어 상부 회전축(21a)에 나사물림시킨 지지너트(60)에 형성한 공구삽입홈(61)에 공구를 삽입시켜 회전시키게 되면 코일스프링(30)의 탄발력을 강화시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 경첩을 문과 문틀에 설치가 용이할 뿐 아니라 코일스프링(30)의 탄발력의 강도조절을 자유롭게 조절할 수 있게 한 것이다.The present invention is installed in the upper and lower ends of the tubular body (11) of the tubular body (11) on the connecting piece (10), the rotary tube (12) (12a) attached to the other connecting piece (10a) is installed and inserted into the lower rotary tube (12a) tubular The lower end of the coil spring 30 installed inside the tubular body 11 is fixed to the support shaft 20 fixed to the lower end of the body 11 by screwing, and to the upper rotary tube 12 of the rotating shaft 21.
