Abstract

PURPOSE: A system for supplying information using relaying bases of a mobile communication is provided to supply multipurpose information to the relaying base to meet organically, by delivering information on images/voices/letters in real time from a server computer, after delivering delay/stagnation signals to the server computer via wired/wireless public telephone networks, if later more than a fixed traffic flow speed, while comparing prestored information with inputted information, through a control unit using a measured image camera and a speed detector in case of traffic flow information. CONSTITUTION: A system for supplying information using relaying bases of a mobile communication, comprises an inputter(10), a control unit(20), a public telephone network(30) and a server computer(40). The inputter(10) has an image camera taking traffics/weathers/circumstances of areas as real, and a measuring equipment(12) measuring speed of vehicles and wind directions/wind speeds/rain quantity/atmosphere situations of areas. The control unit(20) compares to decide with a prestored speed, by inputting information by the inputter with the image camera and the measuring equipment. The public telephone network(30) delivers information from the control unit. The server computer(40) delivers the information as image information(41), voice information(42) and letter information(43) according to user's purposes.
