본 발명은 플라스틱 제품 성형용 핫런너 밸브장치의 밸브게이트에 관한 것으로서, 특히 핫런너 밸브장치의 밸브게이트에 단열효과가 탁월한 에어백부, 스텐레스 스틸 단열부및 에어갭부를 설치하여 보온 단열효과를 극대화한 플라스틱 제품 성형용 핫런너의 밸브게이트에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a valve gate of a hot runner valve device for molding a plastic product, and in particular, an air bag part, a stainless steel insulator, and an air gap part having an excellent thermal insulation effect are installed on the valve gate of the hot runner valve device to maximize the thermal insulation effect. 종래의 플라스틱 제품 성형용 핫런너 밸브의 밸브게이트는 도 2 에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이 게이트의 외피(30)와 내피(40)사이에 공간부(20)를 설치하여 일단 성형코져하는 수지가 용해된 용융합성수지를 그 공간부에 채운 상태에서 탕도(5)를 통하여 용융합성수지를 공급하면서 핀(6)을 조절하여 플라스틱 제품(7)을 성형하도록 되어 있었으나 상기와 같은 종래의 핫 런너 밸브의 밸브게이트의 구조로된 것은 보온, 단열성이 약하고 온도차이가 심하여 밸브게이트내의 공간부에 들어찬 용융합성수지가 경화되기 쉬워서 게이트로의 수지의 공급이 원활치 못한 결점이 있는데다가, 색상이 있는 제품을 성형후 다른 색상이나 무색의 제품을 성형시에는 새로이 성형하고져 하는 용융합성수지에 상기 공간부에 차 있던 먼저 성형했던 다른 색상의 합성수지가 섞여서 제품색깔을 선명치 못하게하는 결점이 있었다.As shown in FIG. 2, the valve gate of a hot runner valve for molding a plastic product is provided with a space portion 20 between the outer shell 30 and the inner shell 40 of the gate, whereby the resin to be molded once is dissolved. 도1에 도시된 바와같이, 플라스틱 제품 성형용 핫런너 밸브장치의 밸브게이트(1)에 있어서, 내피(10)의 둘레에 에어로 찬 에어백(Air bag) 단열부(2)를 형성하고 핫런너 밸브장치 본체(8)와 밸브게이트(1)사이에는 에어갭부(Air Gap)(4)를 형성하며 상기 에어갭(4)과 상기 에어백 단열부(2)사이의 공간은 티타늄 합금 스텐레스스틸 단열부(3)로 채운것으로 밸브게이트(1)를 구성한 것이다.As shown in Fig. 1, in the valve gate 1 of the hot runner valve apparatus for molding a plastic product, an air-filled air bag insulation portion 2 is formed around the endothelium 10 and the hot runner valve is formed.
