Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for reducing and exempting a donor from taxes by using an electronic bill of exchange is provided so that a portal site can manage donation contents and path to reduce and exempt a member from taxes, by directly giving profits of the member obtained through advertisement clicking in the portal site to a donation receiving object, by using the electronic bill of exchange. CONSTITUTION: A member(11) connects to a public network(12), and makes profits by watching an advertisement through a common gateway interface(CGI) of a portal site(02). The portal site(02) directly provides the profits to a donation receiving object(16). An electronic bill of exchange is generated by a common gateway interface server(22). Thereafter, the electronic bill of exchange is coded through a database server(21), and transmitted to the donation member(11). As a result, the member(11) who gives donation can receive the effects of the reduction and exemption from taxes according to the donation.
