본 발명은 할로겐 전열구를 이용한 온수보일러에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 주로 니크롬선과 같이 저항이 높은 전열선을 사용하여서 전열선에서 발생하는 열로 수조내의 물을 가열하도록 되었었다. 그러나 전류를 통하여 전열을 발생시키는 도선의 경우 열효율에 한계가 있었고, 내구성에 문제점이 많았으며, 또한 급속 가열이 어려운 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a hot water boiler using a halogen heater. 본 발명에서는 이러한 종래의 문제점을 감안하여서 입, 출구가 대향 위치되고, 내벽에 반사막이 피복된 수조의 중앙부에 할로겐 전열구의 발열관을 고정 설치하여서 베이스부를 캡으로 수조의 일측에 밀봉되게 하며, 할로겐 전열구의 단자를 전원부에 접속시켜서 온수보일러를 구성함으로서, 더욱 신속하고 높은 발열효과를 얻을 수가 있다. 즉 할로겐 전열구는 발열관안에 필라멘트와 함께 할로겐 화합물이 불활성가스와 같이 높은 압력으로 봉입되어서 할로겐 전열구를 켜면 텅스텐이 증발하여서 할로겐 원소와 결합하여 텅스텐 원소가 되고, 이 화합물은 고온에서 텅스텐과 할로겐 원소로 해리하는 성질이 있기 때문에 온도가 높은 필라멘트 근처로 이동했을 때 해리되어 텅스텐 원소는 다시 필라멘트에 부착하고 할로겐 원소는 확산되는데, 이와 같은 결합과 해리의 반복이 이루어지는 과정에서 높은 고열이 발생된다. 본 발명에서는 이와 같은 할로겐 발열관에서 발생되는 고열을 이용하여서 수조의 입수구로 주입된 물이 할로겐 발열관의 외주면을 돌아서 대향 위치의 배수구로 배출되는 동안 신속히 가열되게 하고, 또한 수조의 내벽에 피복된 반사막에 의해 고열이 반복적으로 반사되면서 가열작용을 더욱 촉진시켜주는 역할을 하여서 기존의 전열선보다 월등한 열효율을 얻게 됨으로서 에너지의 절약은 물론 공해를 방지하여 환경의 정화에도 일조를 하게됨을 그 목적으로 하고 있다.In the present invention, the inlet and outlet are opposed to each other in view of the conventional problems, and the heating tube of the halogen heat exchanger is fixedly installed at the center of the tank where the reflective film is coated on the inner wall so that the base part is sealed to one side of the tank by the cap.
