Abstract

PURPOSE: A hot water boiler using halogen heat transfer bulb is provided to obtain superior heat efficiency in comparison with the prior art using a heat transfer wire, so that the boiler contributes to save energy, prevention of any pollution, and cleaning of the environment. CONSTITUTION: In a hot water boiler using halogen heat transfer bulb, a heat emitting tube(21) of a halogen heat transfer bulb(20) is mounted on a center portion of a water reservoir(10) of which inner wall is coated with a reflecting film. A base portion(22) of the halogen heat transfer bulb(20) is sealed with a cap(31) at an end of the water reservoir(10). Electric terminals(23) of the halogen heat transfer bulb(20) are connected to a power supply. According to the hot water boiler, water flowing into through an inlet(11) of the water reservoir(10) is rapidly heated by high temperature heat generated from the heat emitting tube(21) of the halogen heat transfer bulb(20) while the water flows around the outer peripheral surface and discharges through an outlet(12) opposing to the inlet(11). The act of heating is further promoted by repeating reflection of high temperature heat emitted from the heat emitting tube by means of the reflecting film coated on the inner wall of the water reservoir(10).

Description

할로겐 전열구를 이용한 온수보일러 {HOT-WATER BOILER USING HALOGEN ELECTRIC HEATER}Hot Water Boiler Using Halogen Heater {HOT-WATER BOILER USING HALOGEN ELECTRIC HEATER}

The present invention relates to a hot water boiler using a halogen heater. In the related art, a water heater having high resistance, such as nichrome wire, is used to heat water in a tank by heat generated from the heating wire. However, in the case of conducting wires that generate electric heat through electric current, there was a limit in thermal efficiency, many problems in durability, and also difficult defects in rapid heating.

In the present invention, the inlet and outlet are opposed to each other in view of the conventional problems, and the heating tube of the halogen heat exchanger is fixedly installed at the center of the tank where the reflective film is coated on the inner wall so that the base part is sealed to one side of the tank by the cap. By constructing the hot water boiler by connecting the terminal of the heating element to the power supply unit, it is possible to obtain a more rapid and high heat generation effect. In other words, the halogen heat exchanger is filled with a filament and a halogen compound at high pressure such as an inert gas in the heating tube. When the halogen heat exchanger is turned on, tungsten evaporates and combines with the halogen element to form tungsten element at high temperature. Due to its dissociation property, it dissociates when it moves near the high filament, and the tungsten element attaches to the filament again and the halogen element diffuses, and high heat is generated in the process of repeating the bonding and dissociation. In the present invention, by using the high heat generated in the halogen heating tube, the water injected into the inlet of the tank is heated quickly while being discharged to the drain hole in the opposite position around the outer peripheral surface of the halogen heating tube, and also coated on the inner wall of the tank The high heat is repeatedly reflected by the reflecting film, which promotes the heating effect, and thus, the thermal efficiency is superior to that of the existing heating wire, which saves energy and prevents pollution, contributing to the purification of the environment. have.
