Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for parceling out resort membership card by time sharing is provided to raise the working ratio of a quest room and reduce the costs by securing a plurality of members and use a condominium at a low cost by reducing the common burden, thereby being developed as national basic industries. CONSTITUTION: A recreation condominium parceling is converted from possession concept of the existing building parceling method. When a joining period is determined as ten year, twenty year, and thirty year(respectively based on determination of an entrepreneur), one year is sold by dividing by one week(also divided into a high-demand season and a non high-demand season). In the period wanted by a member, a plurality of accounts are able to be sold.
