A styrene butadiene styrene(SBS) synthetic rubber of 10-15wt%, a naphthalene oil of 10-15wt%, a CaCO3 of 8-10wt% and a petroleum resin 5-8wt% are mixed by heating and agitating at 150-170°C. A waterproof agent of rubber asphalt film is produced at 140°C by maturing for 1-2hours after mixing mixtures at 150-170°C.
