Abstract
본 발명은 유기물질(음식 폐기물=동물성 ,수산물, 식물성 등등)을 원료로 하여 재생에너지를 추출하고 고형폐기물을 최대한 H2S(물)로 전환하여 5/100로 감량하는 설비이다.
1차 파쇠→선별(무기물제거)→2차 분쇠→유산화→소독→메탄화→정화처리 →종료로 구성되어있다, 재생에너지를 추출하기 위해서 특히 발효 반응조(메탄화) 설비에서 적정한 온도유지와 산소공급으로 CH4+CO2이 발생 할수잇도록 조건을 갖춘 장치이다. 조건은 55℃±1을 유지하는 것이 고난도(苦亂度)이다.
적정한 온도와 교반, 연속적인 가스배출 및 물질 발효가 끝난 유기물들의 배출과 연속적으로 배출량 만 큼 유기물을 주입하여 혼합시킨다. 유기물들은 자생하는 분해효소로서 발효되며, 이때 유기핵이 분열 할 때 CH460∼65%, +CO230∼35%, H2S 1% 기타 등의 가스가 분출하게된다. 열량은 약 23100 kj/㎥(약 5500칼로리) 양질의 에너지를 대량 획득 할 수 있다. 현재까지 실험이나 문헌으로 가스 량 약 80∼120㎥/유기물 1㎥에서 획득이 가능하다.
Description
본 발명은 유기물(OTS)을 저온에서 유기산화 하여 이것을 발효 반응조에 투입하여 고온 55℃±1 에 Ph를 고정 제어하여 Acetogeneisis(무색의 가연 액체화) 발생하도록 한다, 유기물의 핵 분해로서 +H2+CO2= 30 % ∼ 40 % 과 CH4=60 ∼ 70%을 발생시켜 Biogas가 형성되도록 하는 것이다. 유기물질(단백질, 탄수화물, 지방질 등..)을 약 50 분동안 저온 24℃∼33℃에서 유기산화 (아미노산, 당분, 그리세린, 지방산화)가되며 유기산 화된 물질을 발효 반응조에 투입하여 110 분 정도 연속적 교반하여 박테리아를 자연 발생으로 분리하게 한다. 박테리아가 자연 분리된 후 Propion산, 지방산, 알 콜 등은 핵 분해로서 +H2+CO2초산 화, 유기물이 함유 한 CH4을 발산하도록 하여 2가지의 물질을 약 100분 정도 체제하면 H2+CO2+ CH4(Biogas) 형성하게된다., 탈황한 Biogas약 23100 kj/㎥ 양질의 에너지를 얻는다. 일정한 량 투입은 발효반응의 시간적 상대칭으로 연속적으로 이루어지며 biogas는 음식 폐기물 일 때 최소한 〈80 N㎥/ton (0.056 ㎥/min)이 연속적으로 방출된다..

가스가 형성 될 수 있도록 공기중의 순수산소를 유기물(1:1) 비율로 적정한 혼합이 필요하며 발효 반응조 내부에서 메탄 박태리아와 유기물질의 접촉이 가능하도록 한 시설이다.
본 발명은 유기 폐기물(음식물도 포함)을 원료로 하여 재생에너지 획득하는데 주목적이며 이것을 해결하는데는 적정한 "온도유지충족", 즉 유산화를 양호한 발아를 할 수 있도록 한 방식이다.
"부속물의 이용가능성"
본 발명의 폐수 처리한 정화수는 중수로 활용하고 이것을 유기농법에 활용하여 농 본 발명의 폐수 처리한 정화수는 중수로 활용하고 이것을 유기농법에 활용하여 농산물의 성장 촉진을 기대한다 종래의 기술은 현재로서는 국내에 없으며 음식폐기물 처리에 있어서 매립, 퇴비화 ,사료화 분야뿐이므로 비교가 불가능하다,
본 발명의 목적은 유기물의 COD를 분해할 수 있는 종합 장치, Input 에서 가열 혼합 투입과 산소/ 박태리아 혼합방식, 55℃±1℃ 온도유지제어기 및 Process Program이다. 적정한 "온도유지충족", 즉 유산화를 위하여 양호한 발아를 할 수 있도록 한다.
제 1 도 본 발명은 재생에너지 획득을 위해서 유기폐기물을 발효시켜 메탄화가 형성되도록 기술적으로 반응조 구성요소를 해결한 방식이다.
정확한 온도유지(55℃±1)와 일정한 시간차 교반으로 자생발효박테리아를 왕성하게 활동을 하도록 하여 유기물을 핵 분해하도록 한다. 유기핵이 분해 할 때에 발생되는 바이오가스를 포집한다. 지속적인 가스배출에 의하여 유기물질량은 감소되며 H2O로 변환하도록 하고. 물질 발효가 끝난 유기물질들은 자동배출과 동시에 연속적으로 배출량 만 큼 유기물을 주입하여 혼합 할 수 있도록 하였다. 유기물질에서 자생하는 분해효소가 유지 할 수 있는 충족조건을 주어 동시에 발효가 시작된다. 이때 유기핵이 분열 할 때 가스가 분출하게 되며 이것을 포집되도록 하였다.

처리 공정도 에 의하여 작업과정이 이루어진다.
2 도-2 물질 상세 분해도 범위.
유기 폐기물, 슬러치 등은 수분이 약 80∼85% 정도이 며 TS는 약 15%∼20%이다. TS 의 함유물질의구분은 탄수화물 40%, 지방질 5%, 단백질 20% (합계 65%) 그 외는 무기물들이다. 이것을 적정한 온도를 유지시키면 생물학적 변화로서 Acitogenic박테리아는 아미노산, 당분, 지방산, 글리세린화 하게 된다. 처음 20%의 Acetic acid로 변화되며 나머지 80%는 약 50분 정도의 반응에 의하여 유기산 화하여 다시 Acetic acid된다. 여기서 110분 정도에서 CH3CH2COOH+2H2O 는 CH3COOH+CO2+3H로 연속적으로 100분 정도 체류하면 4H2CO2→CH4+2H2O / CH3COOH+CH4+CO2가 형성된다.
2 도-3 유기물의 메탄 함량 분석도
도표에서와 같이 유기물 투입함유량 비율과 가스 발생 량의 범위가 정해지며 투입물질의 성분분석에서 가스 발생 량 을 측정 할 수 있다. 지방질은 CH472%, 단백질은 55%, 탄수화물은 50%, 하수 슬러치는 55∼65%, 축산폐수는 56% ∼67%를 함유하고 있다. 음식 폐기물의 유기물은 상기와 같은 여러 요소가 포함되어있다. 어떤 종류의 성분이 얼마의 량이 포함되었는가에 따라 범위가 달라진다. 그 범위를 실험결과 2도-3 중앙에 표시된 혼합유기물에서 가스 발생되는 범위를 표시하였다. 최저 45㎥/t에서 최대 88㎥/t까지 이며 최저 45㎥/t에서 최대 88㎥/t까지이며 투입량에 다라 지속적으로 상승현상을 발견 할 수 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 파쇠 장치, 선별장치, 가수분해장치, 소독장치, 발효 반응조장치, 질소제거장치, 탈수장치로 구성된다.
항구적인 대체에너지 획득으로 외화절약과 안정된 에너지공급과 유기폐기물 위생적 처리로서 매립지 확보와 침출수의 주범을 동시에 해결된다, 환경기술의 발전으로 음식문화발전과 동시에 역학적으로 농업의 수익성을 높여 줄 수 있다 .
