Abstract

본 발명은 기존 접합 유리의 생산방식인 열접착방식을 일반 압력 방식으로 대체하고 기존 접합유리의 소재인 PVB(Polyvinylbutyral)필름을 PET필름으로 접합 유리를 생산함을 주목적으로하여 개발되었음.

접합 유리{Lemonade Glass}
기존접합유리의 소재인 PVB필름을 PET필름으로 대체하고 생산효율을 높이는데 그 목적이 있음.
접착코팅된 PET Film을 유리사이에 접착을 시켜 투명도를 유지하는 것으로 유리사이의 접착을 시각적으로 전혀 느끼지 못하게 함과 접합유리의 종래기술은 PVB필름을 이용한 열접착방식으로 생산함.
1. 접착성을 띄고있는 PET필름에 양면유리접착기술
2. 기존접합유리와 동일하게 투명도 유지
구성 : 유리 + 양면접착코팅한 PET Film + 유리
PET필름에 양면접착코팅을 한후 유리양면접착을 함.
PET필름에 접착제가 코팅이 되어있기 때문에 기포없이 투명하게 양면유리접착을 하여야한다.
본 발명의 구성요소는 0.05mm이상 PET필름에 양면접착코팅을하여 양면에 유리를 접착시킴.
용도에 따라 다양한 형태의 구성과 결합이 가능함.
예) 유리/PET Film/유리
유리/PET필름/유리/PET필름/유리/PET필름/유리
기존접합유리의 소재를 대체하고 생산효율을 대폭 증대할수 있으며, 기존접합유리공정은 유리세척→유리건조→PVB필름투입→1차롤러투입→2차롤러투입→3차롤러투입→고온고압탱크(3시간)의 공정을 거치지만 본 발명은 유리세척→유리건조→PET양면접착코팅필름투입→롤러투입으로 생산공정과 시간을 획기적으로 줄여서 대량생산을 할수 있음.

  2. PE(Poly Ethylene) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
  3. PBT(PolyButylene-Terephthalate) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
  4. PVC(PolyVinyl Chloride) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
  5. PEN(PolyEthylene-Naphthalate) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
  6. EVA(Ethykene Vinyl Acetate) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
  7. PC(PolyCarbonate) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
  8. PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
  9. PP(Poly Propylene) 필름에 양면접착코팅 양면유리접착
