Abstract
본 고안은 자연대류식으로 냉동과 냉장을 겸할 수 있도록 된 수평형 쇼케이스에 관한 것이다. 기존의 강제순환식은 같은 용량의 쇼케이스에서 증발기가 훨씬 커야 되고 따라서 압축기의 용량이 본 고안 쇼케이스보다 약 2배로 커서 사용시 전력소모가 많으며, 제작비 및 유지비가 훨씬 많이 소요되지만 자연대류식은 전력이나 제작비 및 유지비를 대폭 절약할 수 있게 된 것으로서, 쇼케이스내의 양측에 설치되는 자연대류식 증발기를 각기 한 쌍으로 하고, 서로 교차되는 위치의 증발기를 한 조로 하여서 각기 별도의 팽창밸브와 응축기 및 압축기를 병렬로 접속시켜서 증발기를 조별 또는 동시에 모두를 작동되게 한 구성인바, 냉동쇼케이스로 사용할 경우에는 양측 압축기를 가동시켜서 모든 증발기가 동시에 작동되게 하면 쇼케이스의 내부가 냉동실이 되어서 냉동식품을 보관하게 되고, 각 압축기를 일정한 간격을 두고 교대로 가동시켜서 각 조의 증발기를 교대로 작동되게 함으로서 냉장쇼케이스로 겸용할 수가 있게 된 것이다. 이때 작동되지 않는 증발기는 자연제상이 되어서 별도의 제상용 히터장치를 가동할 필요가 없기 때문에 절전효과도 아울러 얻을 수가 있다.The present invention relates to a horizontal showcase that is capable of combining refrigeration and refrigeration by natural convection.
