Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus for recognizing holographic image based upon angle and wavelength multiplexing is provided to recognize an image in a real time by performing an image recognition with an image of a matching object by an optical correlation method. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength variable laser(10) varies a wavelength of a laser beam for performing a wavelength multiplexing of an input data and generates a wavelength variable laser beam. A beam splitter(20) optically divides the wavelength variable laser beam and generates a reference beam for forming a different optical path each other. An optical modulator(30) generates an optical modulating phase according to the emission by an object beam. An optical Fourier converting unit(40) converts the optical modulating phase into a Fourier converting phase. An optical refractive recording medium(50) stores a Fourier interference shape with an interference grid pattern shape by an optical refractive effect. An angle multiplex rotating body(60) provides a rotating force by stages for recording the Fourier interference shape in the optical refractive recording medium(50).
