본 고안은 수송용 물품을 컨테이너에 실을 때 그 물품들을 안전하게 단위포장하여 운반할 수 있도록 하는 포장 운반상자를 철재로 구성함과 동시에 그 운반상자를 간편하게 조립 및 분해할 수 있도록 함으로서 목재자원을 보호하고, 운반상자의 무게를 줄여 물류비용을 절감할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 운반상자 전체를 고철로 사용함으로서 운반상자를 용이하게 재활용하고, 폐기에 비용이 소모되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 컨테이너용 포장 운반상자에 관한 것으로, 이는 바닥판이 구비된 팔레트의 각 변 위로 정면판과 배면판 및 좌측면판과 우측면판을 결합시키서 된 운반상자에 있어서, 상기 팔레트와 정면판, 배면판, 좌측면판, 우측면판으로 구성되는 운반상자를 모두 철재로 구성하고, 다수의 철판을 결합시킨 바닥판을 갖는 상기 팔레트 저면의 모서리에는 철재의 고정판을 구비하면서 지지레일의 정,배면측에는 절곡편을 형성하여 정면판과 배면판의 각홀이 결합되게 한 후, 그 정면판의 상부 양측면에 형성된 홀에는 좌측면판과 우측면판의 핀이 삽입되게 하며, 정배면판의 양측 상단에는 절개부를 갖는 삽지구를 힌지볼트로 회전가능하게 구비하여 좌우측면판과 결합할 수 있게 하고, 상기 좌측면판과 우측면판의 상단에는 절곡스톱퍼가 형성된 절첩판을 회전가능하게 구비하여 운반상자를 적층할 때 팔레트 저면의 고정판이 걸리도록 함으로서 이룰 수 있는 고안이다.The present invention protects timber resources by constructing a packing box made of steel, which makes it possible to safely pack and transport the goods when loading them into a container, and at the same time, easily assemble and disassemble the box.
