본 발명은 자동차용 블랙박스에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세히는 자동차에 특수한 캠코더와 충격센서를 설치하여 사고순간전을 녹화하는 것이다.

자동차용 블랙박스
본 발명은 자동차용 블랙박스에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세히는 자동차 사고시 사고순간을 캠코더(레코드)가 사고순간 대략 5초 전부터 사고순간까지를 녹화하여 사고의 경위를 정확히 밝혀 공정한 판결에 도움이 되고자 한다.
비행기에는 블랙박스를 비치하여 사고순간의 경위를 파악하지만, 자동차의 경우 자동차대 자동차의 사고 또는 자동차대 사람의 사고에서는 사람의 목격담에 많이 의존하여 사고의 정확한 진위를 가리는데 애로사항이 많았다.
본 발명은 자동차에 특수한 캠코더와 자동차 외부에 충격센서를 설치하여 시동을 걸면 작동하여, 사고순간에 충격센서(예를들면, 한국실용신안공고 제 97-35347호등) 감지로 캠코더가 작동을 멈추게 되는 것이다. 캠코더가 작동을 멈추면 멈추기전 대략 5초전까지를 녹화하여 남기게 된다.
본 발명은 현재 볼링장에서 운영하고 있는 볼러의 투구시 볼러가 자신의 모습을 볼 수 있도록 한녹화시스템을 응용한 것이다.

  1. 자동차에 캠코더(레코더)를 비롯한 각종 녹화장치를 설치하여 외부의 충격을 감지하는 센서를 이용하여 사고순간 전을 녹화하는 행위.
