Abstract

PURPOSE: A method is provided to display information received by a mobile phone onto an external display unit such as a computer or a facsimile machine. CONSTITUTION: When information is received by a mobile phone(100), the received information is transmitted to a logic part(120) of the mobile phone through an RF(radio frequency) receiving part(110). The logic part determines whether the received information is data which has to be transmitted to an external displaying unit. If the information is such data, the logic part transmits the information to a converter(200) which is connected to a data output port of the mobile phone. A control part (220) of the converter converts the received information into a data format for the external displaying unit and outputs the converted information to a television receiver or computer through an output port of RS232C or a data port(260). Thereby, the received information of the mobile phone is displayed through the external displaying unit.
