Description
본 고안은 비닐하우스의 비닐고정장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 비닐하우스를 설치할 때 내부골격인 프레임이나 출입문에 비닐을 파손시키지 않으면서 쉽게 고정할수 있는 비닐하우스의 비닐고정장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 비닐하우스는 대부분이 원형파이프를 돔형태로 형성한 프레임을 다수개 지면에 고정시키고 내부의 보온을 위하여 외면을 비닐을 덮어 씌운후 양단부를 흙으로 덮어서 설치하였다. 이와같은 비닐하우스의 프레임과 비닐은 철사나 끈을 사용하여 고정시켰으나 이와같은 방법은 비닐이 파손되기 때문에 프레임에 고정시킬수 있는 반원형 고정구를 사용하여 원형의 프레임에 고정시켰다. 그러나 이러한 고정구는 비닐전체가 고정되지 않고 비닐의 일부분만 고정되므로써 바람이 강할때에는 비닐이 파손되거나 고정구가 이완되어 이탈되므로써 소실되는 경우가 빈번하게 발생하였다. 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 비닐하우스의 비닐을 견고하게 고정하는 비닐고정장치의 전형적인일예가 도1에 도시되어있다. 도1에서 부재번호 1은 고정케이스, 2는 비닐, 3은 고정스프링을 각각 가리킨다. 이에 도시된 바와같이 비닐하우스의 비닐고정장치는 상협하광의 삼각형태의 고정케이스(1)를 비닐하우스의 돔형태의 프레임에 길이방향으로 설치한후 상기 고정케이스(1) 내부요홈에 비닐(2)을 끼워 비닐(2)의 상면에 지그재그 형태로된 고정스프링(3)을 삽입하여 비닐(2)을 견고하게 고정하였다.The present invention relates to a vinyl fixing device of a vinyl house, and more particularly, to a vinyl fixing device of a vinyl house that can be easily fixed without damaging the vinyl in the frame or door that is an internal skeleton when installing the vinyl house. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 상측이 개방되면서 상협 하광의 형태로 형성된 대형상의 고정케이스와, 상기 고정케이스 내부에 삽입되어 비닐이 개재된 상태에서 고정될수 있도록 상협 하광의 형태로 형성된 대형상의 고정구와, 상기 고정구의 내부에 삽입되어 고정구가 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 지그재그형태로된 고정스프링으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐하우스의 비닐고정장치를 제공한다. 또한 상기 고정구는 저면에 다수의 조절공을 형성하여 고정케이스의 넓이에 따라 고정구 폭의 광협을 조절할 수 있도록 한다. 따라서 상기와 같은 본 고안은 비닐하우스의 비닐을 넓이가 조절되는 고정구로 접촉면적을 넓게 고정하므로써 고정력을 높여 비닐하우스의 견고성을 증대시키고 설치를 용이하게 하여 작업의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 이점이 있다.In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a large fixed case formed in the form of upper side down light while the upper side is opened, and a large size formed in the form of upper side down light so that it can be fixed in a state where vinyl is inserted into the fixing case. 이하 상기한 바와같은 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부도면을 참고하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 도2,도3,도4에 도시된 바와같이 본 고안의 비닐하우스의 비닐고정장치는 고정케이스(10)의 상측이 개방되며 상협하광의 대형상의 형태로 양측면(11)을 일정 기울기로 형성하며 상기 고정케이스(10)의 내부요홈에 삽입되는 고정구(20)는 고정케이스(10) 양측면(11)단부를 감싸며 저면에는 와이어라스(Wire lath)처럼 마름모꼴의 조절공(21)이 다수개 형성되어 고정구(20)폭의 광협을 조절할수 있도록 형성하고 상기 고정구(20)의 내측에는 지그재그 형태의 고정스프링(30)이 삽입되어 고정구(20)가 고정케이스(10)에서 이탈되지 않도록 형성한다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 고정케이스(10)의 저면(12)을 도 6에 도시된 바와같이 각각의 프레임(4)에 접착고정이나 핀고정으로 연결고정한후 고정케이스(10)의 내측요홈에 비닐(2)을 삽입시킨다. 이와같이 비닐(2)이 삽입된 상태에서 고정케이스(10)내부에 고정구(20)를 삽입시키면 비닐(2)이 고정케이스(10)와 고정구(20)사이에 개제되어 고정되므로써 비닐(2)이 길이방향으로 고정되어 고정력을 강화되며 비닐고정시 비닐의 파손을 방지할수 있다. 이러한 상태에서 고정구(20)내부에 지그재그형으로 형성된 고정스프링(30)을 삽입시켜 강풍에 의해서도 고정구(20)가 고정케이스(10)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지할수 있다. 또한 상기와 같은 비닐고정장치는 비닐하우스의 전후면에 형성되는 출입문에도 비닐을 쉽게 고정시킬수 있으며 제5도에 도시된 바와같이 고정구(20)의 조절공(21)에 의해 고정구(20)의 폭을 고정케이스(10)의 크기에 맞게 조절할수있어 제품의 호환성을 높였으며 고정구(20)는 비닐과의 마찰력을 극대화시켜 비닐이 빠지지 않도록 합성수지로 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention as described above with reference to the accompanying drawings in detail as follows.
