본 발명은 종래의 순금(24K)은 색상도 미려하고 재산가치가 높은 데도 실제로 제품화 하기에는 너무 강도(Hv 32)가 낮아 무르므로 순금장식재로 사용이 불가능하였으며 신선 및 압연공정을 거치면 어느 정도(Hv 80)의 상승효과를 기대할 수 있으나 그 강도로도 대형 제품 외에는 적합하지 않고 순금장식재로 사용하기 위해서는 강도 Hv 100이상이 되어야 만 하고 시간이 경과해도 그 강도가 저하되지 않아야 한다. 현재 국내에는 순금(24K)장식품은 거의 없는 상태이고 간혹 출시되는 제품도 일부 대형품에 불과하며 강도가 낮아 얇거나 가늘은 정밀한 장식제품의 생산은 불가능한 상태이며 일본에서 공지된 24K 경화금도 금함량 99.7%를 유지하고는 Hv 값이 100을 넘기기 어려워 엄밀한 의미로 순금(24K)이라고 보기는 어려웠던 문제점을 해결하기 위해 진공로나 일반 유도로에서 순금(24K)과 미량원소(Mg. Al. Si. Mn. Fe. Co. Ni. Cu. Pd. IN. Sn. Sb. Pb. Bi. Be. Ge.
