The present invention relates to a dust filter of a vacuum purifier, and more particularly, to a dust filter replacement warning device and method for informing a replacement of a dust filter by the control of a microcomputer when a dust filter is filled with a dust filter while using a vacuum cleaner.
FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram of a conventional dust filter replacement alarm device. As shown in FIG. 1, a microcomputer 1 which receives various signals and performs a selected operation, and detects a pressure in a cleaner to send a signal to the microcomputer 1. A pressure switch 2 to be transmitted, a power supply unit 3 for supplying power to the microcomputer 1 and each unit, and a display unit for receiving an input signal from the microcomputer 1 to display an operation mode and to alarm when the dust filter is full (4), a key input unit 5 which transmits a signal to the microcomputer 1 so as to operate in each operation mode, and a load that receives a signal of the microcomputer 1 and performs an operation according to each mode. It is composed of a drive unit 6, the operation thereof will be described as follows.
The pressure switch 2 is not operated until the dust filter is filled with foreign matter (including dust), and the pressure switch 2 is turned off to transmit a high signal to the microcomputer 1 and to display the display unit ( 4) inputs the control signal of the microcomputer 1, so that the dust filter is not filled with foreign matters, and thus displays the operation mode (stop, standard, strongest, silent) without displaying the replacement alarm of the dust filter.
On the other hand, when the dust filter is filled with foreign matter, the pressure switch 2 is operated and the pressure switch 2 is turned on to transmit a low signal to the microcomputer 1, and the display unit 4 Since the foreign matter is filled in the dust filter by receiving the control signal of the microcomputer 1, the replacement alarm of the dust filter is displayed.
However, there was a problem that the pressure switch is inaccurate because the pressure switch is simply turned on / off by the force of the spring, and the pressure switch must be mechanically installed in the vacuum cleaner.
The present invention was devised to solve the above problems, and when the dust filter is filled with foreign matters during the use of the Chingsogi machine, the microcomputer controls the display to display the dust filter replacement alarm through the display unit so that the user recognizes this to lower the suction power and overload the motor. The aim is to prevent them in advance.
As a specific means for achieving the above object, a microcomputer that receives various signals and performs a selected operation, a power supply unit for supplying power to the microcomputer and each part, and the operation mode by receiving the signal of the microcomputer to display the dust filter A display unit for alarming when it is full, a key input unit for transmitting a signal to the microcomputer to operate in each operation mode, a load driver for receiving an input signal of the microcomputer and performing an operation according to each mode, and the load driver Characterized in that it comprises a current detecting unit for detecting a current flowing in the motor.
When the dust filter is full of dust, the microcomputer detects and controls that the voltage decreases because the motor current flows less than the current in the normal state, so that the dust filter is replaced.

As shown therein, a microcomputer 1 receives various signals and performs a selected operation, and detects a pressure inside the cleaner to signal the microcomputer 1. Pressure switch (2) for transmitting the, the microcomputer (1) and the power supply unit (3) for supplying power to each part, and receives the signal of the microcomputer (1) to display the operation mode and to alarm when the dust filter is full A display unit 4, a key input unit 5 which transmits a signal to the microcomputer 1 so as to operate in each operation mode, and a signal of the microcomputer 1 to receive an operation according to each mode. It includes a load driver 6 and a current detector 7 for detecting a current flowing in the motor of the load driver 6, the operation and effect thereof will be described in detail as follows.
When the current detector 7 detects the current according to the pressure inside the cleaner and transmits a signal to the A / D (Analog / Digital) port of the microcomputer 1, the motor current is applied before the dust filter is filled. The voltage of the port P2 decreases because the current flows more than the current in the normal state, and since the microcomputer 1 detects this and the dust filter is not full, the display unit 4 operates without displaying the replacement alarm of the dust filter. Only the modes (Stop, Standard, Strongest, Silent) will be displayed.
On the other hand, when the dust filter is filled with foreign matters, the current detector 7 detects the current according to the pressure inside the firearm and transmits a signal to the A / D port of the microcomputer 1 when the motor current is in a normal state. The voltage of the port P2 that flows more is lowered. The microcomputer 1 detects this and the dust filter is filled with foreign matters, and thus, the display unit 4 displays the replacement alarm of the dust filter.
3 is a waveform diagram showing the state of the dust filter according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, when a voltage proportional to the current flowing in the motor is supplied to the A / D port P2 of the microcomputer, The voltage is known, and when the dust filter is full, the voltage of the port P2 is lowered because the motor current flows less than the current in the normal state.
Figure 4 is a flow chart for controlling whether or not the replacement alarm of the dust filter of the present invention, if the voltage of the port (P2) is less than the voltage of the normal state to display the replacement alarm of the dust filter (S1, S2) and the port ( If the voltage of P2) is greater than the voltage of the steady state is made to the normal operation step (S3).
Therefore, when the dust filter is full, the motor current flows less than the current in the normal state, the voltage is lowered, and the microcomputer 1 detects and controls it so that the display unit 4 shows that the dust filter is full.
As described above, the present invention forms a current detection circuit in the dust filter replacement alarm device of the vacuum cleaner, and detects a more accurate current at a lower cost and informs the user when the dust is full, thereby reducing the suction power of the vacuum cleaner and the motor. There is an effect that can prevent the overload in advance.
