Claims (4)
- 코어의 직경이 2㎛ ∼ 7㎛이하이고, 개구수가 약 0.14 ∼ 0.18인 제1 및 제2 광섬유와;상기 제1 및 제2 광섬유를 중심으로 형성되어, 제1 및 제2 광섬유가 삽입 고정될 수 있도록 하는 제1 및 제2 홀더와;설정된 두께만큼 감쇠층을 형성한 후 외부에서 고정 정렬하여 정상적으로 제1 광섬유에서 전송된 광이 감쇠층을 거쳐 제2 광섬유로 전송될 수 있도록 외부에서 정렬하고 고정하는 정렬 슬리브를 포함하여 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 감쇠기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠층과 접하는 제1 및 제2 광섬유와 제1 및 제2 홀더의 단면은 설정된 각도로 경사되어 경면 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 감쇠기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠층은,감쇠 박막으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 감쇠기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠박막은,니켈, 크롬, 인코넬로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 감쇠기.
