Abstract
본 발명은 냉장고의 F루버 및 팬모터 조립체에 관한 것으로 종래에는 냉동실의 후측에 냉동실의 후방벽을 이루는 루버 A를 설치하고 그 후측으로 루버 B를 설치하며 냉각기실 후측내상에 팬모터를 볼트고정하여 설치하였는데 이러한 종래의 F루버 및 팬모터 설치구조는 R-팬 및 F-팬을 냉각기실 후측내상에 볼트고정하므로써 상기 R-팬 및 F-팬의 급속회전시에 그 진동이 내상으로 전달되어 소음이 발생하였으며 루버 B와 루버 A를 각각 따로 설치해야 하므로 작업공수가 늘어나 생산능률이 저하되는 문제점이 있어왔으며,The present invention relates to a F louver and a fan motor assembly of a refrigerator. 상기와 같은 기술적과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명 냉장고의 F루버 및 팬모터 조립체는 냉기토출구가 각각 형성되며 냉각기실과 냉동실을 분리구획하는 루버 A 및 루버 B가 냉동실 후측에 설치되고 상기 냉각기실측의 냉기를 냉동실 및 냉장실로 토출시키도록 하는 팬모터가 냉각기실의 후측내상에 설치되어지는 냉장고의 F루버 및 팬모터 설치구조에 있어서, 배면 테두리에는 냉동실 내상에 형성된 다수개의 걸림턱에 대응되어 고정되도록 다수개의 후크가 각각 형성되고 양측에는 볼트고정용 보스와 지지돌기가 각각 상하로 형성되어 이루어진 R-팬고정부 및 F-팬고정부가 각각 형성되며 상기 R-팬고정부에 냉장실측으로 냉기를 유도하는 우회유로가 형성된 루버 A와, 테두리외측으로 상기 다수개의 후크에 대응되는 다수개의 고정홈이 형성되어 상기 루버 A의 후측에 결합되는 루버 B와, 선단부에는 볼트고정구가 형성된 지지편이 상하로 형성되어 상기 루버B의 후측에 각각 볼트결합되는 F-팬 및 R-팬을 일체로 조립체화하여 구성한 것이다.In order to achieve the above technical problem, the F louver and the fan motor assembly of the refrigerator of the present invention have a cold air outlet, respectively, and the louver A and the louver B which separate and separate the cooler chamber and the freezer compartment are installed at the rear side of the freezer compartment and the cold air of the cooler chamber side is provided.
