Abstract
본 발명은 엘보우형 및 티형의 원통체 커플링을 상하 이등분으로 분리시켜 각 선단 내주연에 반원형 결속홈과 반원형 삽입홈을 각각 형성시킨 상,하부 커플링으로 형성시켜서 그 사이 내부에 엘보우형 및 티형의 원통체 커플링의 내주연 크기와 일치되고 각 선단부에는 밀폐링을 형성시킨 엘보우형 및 티형의 원통체 패킹을 상,하부 커플링의 내주연과 반원형 삽입홈에 상호 일치되게 끼우고 연결하고져 하는 배관의 이음부분으로 끝단부는 밀폐링의 내주 탄력돌기의 내부로 삽입시켜 밀폐시키고 이음부분 외경의 돌륜으로는 반원형 결속홈에 끼워지도록 상,하부 커플링을 결합시킨 후 상하 분리면 가장자리의 각 선단 및 코너부분에 서로 대향지게 돌출시킨 수개의 체결구를 볼트, 너트로서 체결시켜서 상,하부 커플링의 내부에 배관들을 고정시키는 원통체 패킹이 내장된 엘보우형 및 티형 커플링.The present invention separates the elbow-type and tee-type cylindrical coupling into upper and lower halves, and forms upper and lower couplings each having a semicircular binding groove and a semi-circular insertion groove formed at the inner circumference of each tip, thereby elbow and tee type therein.
