Abstract
본 고안은 옹기항아리를 상, 중, 하 삼단층으로 연결 구성하여 각단 층의 옹기항아리마다 적절한 증류기능을 발휘하면서 천연의 향인 자기(瓷) 특유의 맛을 얻을 수 있으며 설치 장소 및 연료에 구애됨이 없이 누구나 간편하게 사용할 수 있고 영구 보관할 수 있는 삼단자부증류기(三段姿釜蒸溜機)에 관한 것이다.This design connects Onggi jars into upper, middle, and lower three layers to achieve proper distillation function for each Onggi jars of each layer and to obtain the unique flavor that is natural fragrance. Description
본 고안은 농주법(農酒法)으로 만든 양조주(釀造酒)의 알코올 함유의 비율을 높이어 양질의 증류주(蒸溜酒)를 얻을 수 있도록 고안된 삼단자부증류기(三段姿釜蒸溜機)에 관한 것으로, 옹기항아리를 상, 중, 하 삼단층으로 연결 구성하여 각단 층별마다 천연향인 특유의 맛을 얻어 낼 수 있도록 하였다.The present invention relates to a three-terminal distillation machine designed to increase the alcohol content of the brewed sake made by the liquor method to obtain high quality distilled liquor.
