Abstract

본 고안은 두루마리형으로 감긴 종이 또는 부직포등의 타월을 일정한 길이로 절단함과 동시에 물을 분사하여 회전벨트와 고정벨트의 사이를 통과시켜 둥글게 말리게하여 음식점등의 손님에게 제공하여 얼굴의 땀이나 손을 깨끗이 닦을 수 있도록 한 물수건제조기의 타월절단길이조정구조에 관한 것이다.
종래의 물수건제조기는 이송되는 타월(12)을 절단하는 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)의 회전속도가 일정한 회전속도로 정해져 있으므로 절단칼(7)에 의하여 절단되는 타월(12)의 길이를 상이하게 절단시킬 수 없는 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)의 축(6A)에는 대기어(10)외에 소기어(10')를 고정하고 안내로울러(2)의 축(2A)에는 대기어(9)외에 소기어(9')를 고정한 축(2B)을 슬라이드되게 끼워 상기의 축(2B)을 좌,우로 이동시켜 소기어(9')는 대기어(10)와 대기어(9)는 소기어(10')와 이맞춤시키는 것에 의하여 로울러(6)의 회전속도를 변속시킬 수 있도록 하여 타월(12)의 길이를 짧거나 길게 절단시킬 수 있도록 함으로서 길이가 길고 짧은 물수건을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

물수건제조기의 타월절단길이조정구조
본 고안은 두루마리형으로 감긴 종이 또는 부직포등의 타월을 일정한 길이로 절단함과 동시에 물을 분사하여 회전벨트와 고정벨트의 사이를 통과시켜 둥글게 말리게하여 음식점등의 손님에게 제공하여 얼굴의 땀이나 손을 깨끗이 닦을 수 있도록 한 물수건제조기의 타월절단길이조정구조에 관한 것이다.
종래의 물수건제조기는 이송되는 타월(12)을 절단하는 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)의 회전속도가 일정한 회전속도로 정해져 있으므로 절단칼(7)에 의하여 절단되는 타월(12)의 길이를 상이하게 절단시킬 수 없는 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)의 축(6A)에는 대기어(10)외에 소기어(10')를 고정하고 안내로울러(2)의 축(2A)에는 대기어(9)외에 소기어(9')를 고정한 축(2B)을 슬라이드되게 끼워 상기의 축(2B)을 좌,우로 이동시켜 소기어(9')는 대기어(10)와 대기어(9)는 소기어(10')와 이맞춤시키는 것에 의하여 로울러(6)의 회전속도를 변속시킬 수 있도록 하여 타월(12)의 길이를 짧거나 길게 절단시킬 수 있도록 함으로서 길이가 길고 짧은 물수건을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

도1 내지 도2에 도시된 바와 같이,
기체(1)의 상부 중간에 타월실(1A)의 전면에는 수개의 안내로울러(2)를 축(2A)으로 유착하고, 누름카버(3)의 돌편(3A)를 핀(4)으로 유착하여 스프링(5)으로 탄력시키고 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)를 축(6A)으로 유착하고,
모우터(8)의 축에 고정한 기어(8A)에 의해 축(6A)(2A)의 대기어(10)(9)를 회전시켜 타월권취롤(11)에 감겨 풀리는 타월(12)을 일정한 길이로 절단시킬 수 있도록 하고,
절단칼(7)의 아래에는 여러개의 분사구멍(13A)이 뚫린 분사관(13)을 설치하여 상기의 분사관(13)은 열전소자(15)의 냉,온수통(14)과 연결하고, 냉,온수통(14)은 물통(16)이 안치된 수실(1B)과 연결된 펌프(17)와 연결하고,
분사관(13)의 아래에 고정한 지지판(18)에는 한쌍의 로울러(19)(20)를 축(19A)(20A)으로 유착하여 회전벨트(21)를 감고 회전벨트(21)의 외부에는 돌기(22A)를 돌설한 고정벨트(22)를 고정하여 일정한 길이로 절단된 타월(12)을 둥글게 말 수 있도록 한 것에 있어서,
절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)의 축(6A)에는 소기어(10')를 고정하고, 안내로울러(2)의 축(2A)에는 소기어(9')를 고정한 축(2B)을 슬라이드되게 끼워 상기의 축(2B)을 좌,우로 이동시켜 소기어(9')는 대기어(10)와 대기어(9)는 소기어(10')와 이맞춤시키는 것에 의하여 로울러(6)의 회전속도를 변속시킬 수 있도록하여 타월(12)의 길이를 짧거나 길게 절단시킬 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 한 것이다.
미설명부호 23은 물수건이고,
24는 회전벨트(21)를 회전시키기 위한 모우터이며,
25는 팬이고,
26은 방열판이며,
27은 축(2B)을 좌,우로 이동시키기 위한 작동봉이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
기체(1)의 타월실(1A)에 두루마리로 감은 타월(12)을 안치하여 타월(12)이 끝을 안내로울러(2)와 누름카버(3)의 사이를 통과시키고 모우터(8)와의 연동에 의하여 안내로울러(2)와 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)를 회전시켜 이동되는 타월(12)을 절단칼(7)에 의하여 일정한 길이로 절단하고 분사관(13)의 분사구멍(13A)으로 물을 분사한 후 회전벨트(21)와 고정벨트(22)의 사이를 통과시켜 둥글게 말리게하여 물수건(23)을 제조하게 됨은 공지와 동일한 바,
본 고안은 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)의 축(6A)과 안내로울러(2)의 축(2A)에 좌,우로 이동 가능하게 스프라인 결합한 축(2B)에는 대기어(9)외에 소기어(9')를 고정하였으므로 축(2B)를 좌,우로 이동시켜 소기어(9')는 대기어(10)와 대기어(9)는 소기어(10')와 이맞춤시키는 것에 의하여,
로울러(6)의 회전속도를 변화하여 타월(12)의 길이를 짧거나 길게 절단할 수 있게 되어 길이가 상이한 물수건(23)을 제조할 수 있다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)의 축(6A)에는 소기어(10')를 고정하고, 안내로울러(2)의 축(2A)에는 소기어(9')를 고정한 축(2B)을 슬라이드되게 끼워 상기의 축(2B)을 좌,우로 이동시켜 소기어(9')는 대기어(10)와 대기어(9)는 소기어(10')와 이맞춤시키는 것에 의하여 로울러(6)의 회전속도를 변화시켜 타월(12)을 길고 짧게 절단할 수 있으므로 길이가 상이한 물수건(23)을 제조하여 널리 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 기체(1)의 상부 중간에 타월실(1A)의 전면에는 수개의 안내로울러(2)를 축(2A)으로 유착하고, 누름카버(3)의 돌편(3A)를 핀(4)으로 유착하여 스프링(5)으로 탄력시키고 절단칼(7)이 고정된 로울러(6)를 축(6A)으로 유착하고,
    모우터(8)의 축에 고정한 기어(8A)에 의해 축(6A)(2A)의 대기어(10)(9)를 회전시켜 타월권취롤(11)에 감겨 풀리는 타월(12)을 일정한 길이로 절단시킬 수 있도록 하고,
    절단칼(7)의 아래에는 여러개의 분사구멍(13A)이 뚫린 분사관(13)을 설치하여 상기의 분사관(13)은 열전소자(15)의 냉,온수통(14)과 연결하고, 냉,온수통(14)은 물통(16)이 안치된 수실(1B)과 연결된 펌프(17)와 연결하고,
    분사관(13)의 아래에 고정한 지지판(18)에는 한쌍의 로울러(19)(20)를 축(19A)(20A)으로 유착하여 회전벨트(21)를 감고 회전벨트(21)의 외부에는 돌기(22A)를 돌설한 고정벨트(22)를 고정하여 일정한 길이로 절단된 타월(12)을 둥글게 말 수 있도록 한 것에 있어서,
