본 고안은 보도위에 깔아서 사람이 안전하게 다닐 수 있도록 하기 위해 사용하는 보도블록에 관한 것으로 폐기되는 합성섬유의 재생물로 만들어진 쿠셔판(1)위에 건축폐기물, 산업폐기물, 폐합성수지, 폐합성섬유를 재생하여 혼련시킨 압축성형물인 심판(2)을 적층하고 그 외면에 폐합성수지 용융재생물로된 외피를(3)를 용융상태에서 피복하여 금형내에서 압착성형하므로서 쿠션판(1)과 심판(2) 및 외피(3)가 하나의 성형체로 구성되게 한 것임.The present invention relates to a sidewalk block that is laid on the sidewalk and used to allow people to safely travel. 본 고안은 보도 위에 깔아서 사람이 안전하게 다닐 수 있도록 하기 위해 사용하는 보도블록에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 폐품으로 버려지는 각종 합성수지제 성형제품과 각종 합성섬유제품 그리고 산업폐기물을 선별수거하여 재생가공한 다음 이들을 혼련하여 보도블록을 제조하는 것으로 이는 패키지의 각종 자재의 이용율를 높이는 것이 1차 목표이고 둘째는 폐자재중에 합성수지류와 같이 쉽게 분해되지 않은 자재가 버려져서 환경을 오염시키는 것을 예방하여 우리의 국토를 끼끗하게 보존하는 것이며 셋재는 폐기자원의 재생활을 통해 국가경제에 도움이 되게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sidewalk block that is laid on the sidewalk and used to allow people to walk safely. 본 고안의 보도블록은 도 1에 표현한 바와 같이 쿠션판(1)과 심판(2) 그리고 외피(3)로 이루어지며 외피(3)는 본고안의 외형을 유지하는 것으로 각종 폐합성수지 재생물에 섬유질이나 석분을 비롯한 보강재와 안료와 같은 착색재를 혼입되어 용융수지로 조성되며 심판(2)은 블록의 강도를 유지하는 것으로 건축폐기물을 파쇄하여 분쇄한 것과 폐합성수지재생물 그리고 폐합성섬유폐기물을 파쇄하여 캇팅한 섬유나 페합성섬유폐기물을 타면하여 캇타한 단섬유 종류를 화학약품과 같이 일정비율로 혼합하여 혼련기에 투입하여 가열혼련하므로서 용융상태로 혼련재생하게되며 혼련물을 압출한 것을 금형에 넣어 판상으로 압착성형하므로서 내구적인 심판이 된다.The press block of the present invention is composed of a cushion plate (1), a referee (2) and the outer shell (3), as shown in Figure 1, the outer shell (3) to maintain the appearance of this paper to the various waste synthetic resin regenerated Reinforcing materials including stone powder and coloring materials such as pigments are mixed to form molten resin.
