Claims (5)
- 유체유송용 배관들을 연결함은 물론 외부충격에 따른 충격량을 흡수하여 배관들을 보호하는 충격흡수용 조인트장치에 있어서,배관과 연결되며, 배관과 연결되지 않는 타단외주에 구형부를 갖는 회전관 및, 상기 회전관의 구형부를 삽입고정하는 내부수용부를 구비하고, 상기 수용부에 패킹파우더를 충전하기 위한 패킹실린더가 외주에 마련된 고정관을 구비한 좌우 한쌍의 볼조인트; 및상기 한쌍의 볼조인트의 고정관들을 좌우 대칭되게 양단에 융착고정하고 있는 좌우 한쌍의 슬립내관과, 상기 슬립내관을 좌우양단에 접동가능케 소정부분삽입고정하고 좌우양단외주에 슬립내관과의 사이에 패킹파우더를 충진하기 위한 패킹실린더를 마련한 외관을 구비한 슬립조인트를 포함하는 씽크조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 볼조인트의 회전관의 구형부와 접촉하는 수용부에는 기밀을 유지하는 다수의 링패킹들이 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 씽크조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬립조인트의 외관과 내관사이에는 기밀을 유지하기 위한 다수의 링패킹들이 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 씽크조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 패킹실린더는 조인트의 내부로 관통하여 패킹파우더를 충진하는 유입공이 천공되는 한편, 상기 유입공의 상단부에 체합되어 상기 패킹실린더의 유입공을 개폐하는 플러그를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 씽크조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬립조인트 양단에 취부된 좌우 한쌍의 볼조인트들에 관통공이 형성된 고정돌출부들을 돌설구비하고, 이 좌우의 고정돌출부들의 관통공에 양단을 관통시켜 걸림고정함에 의해 슬립조인트의 신축길이를 규제하는 연결봉을 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 씽크조인트.
