It is completely insulated by covering with silicone rubber to block harmful electromagnetic waves and short circuits in advance to prevent harm to human body and electronic precision equipment. And before the external silicone rubber coating, which is the final process of heating wire, is passed through the bio-ceramic powder box and buried the bio-ceramic powder, it passes through the upper and lower concave rollers and attaches to the outer surface of the exterior to generate far-infrared rays. It is related to the heating wire structure of the heating device to reduce the power consumption by increasing and to facilitate the metabolism by decomposing and discharging the waste in the body.

However, the generation of electromagnetic waves is inevitable as long as the heating wire as well as the surface heating element use an alternating current.
Therefore, in order to block electromagnetic waves, a shield should be used. In the process, the bulky, heavy weight and cost increase due to the decrease in productivity have not been adopted.

Winding (winding) as shown in (3), and (4) liquid silicone rubber, copper powder (powdered non-ferrous metal) and graphite powder are mixed at a constant ratio on the outside thereof and (3) coated to be in contact with the winding copper wire. (Jubbing) or coating, and (5) the outer surface of the silicone rubber insulator is coated, and (6) bio-ceramic powder is attached to the outer surface to form one heating wire.
Hazardous electromagnetic wave absorption and absorption device of the present invention made as described above is supplied to the power plug (11A) +, (11A)-and (9) through the regulator (1) the heating wire generates heat and at the same time generates harmful electromagnetic waves.
(4) Liquid silicone rubber serves to bring copper powder and graphite powder into contact with (3) and (2). The evenly distributed copper powder and graphite powder deflect, block and absorb harmful electromagnetic waves several times. In addition, it is a device that detects harmful electromagnetic waves by inducing it to the ground wire and detects leakage and leakage current. It is also used as a device that detects harmful electromagnetic waves by inducing it to ground wire and detects leakage and leakage current. Silicone rubber finally blocks harmful electromagnetic waves, short circuits and leakage currents, and there is a bio-ceramic on the outer surface of it. When power is supplied to a heating wire, far infrared rays are generated along with heat generation, and far-infrared heat is permeable to an object that receives heat. High power consumption, far-infrared heat penetrates into the body of the user, expands capillaries and facilitates blood circulation It is a heating wire structure that brings the activation of and discharges waste products into the body of the human body, smoothing metabolism and clearing blood.
