Abstract

종래 건조과정은 챔버의 전체외면을 자켓으로 형성하거나 히타를 챔버안의 바닥에 형성하여 히타의 열을 이용하였기 때문에 히타에 소독물이 닿거나 이상고온 발생시 바닥의 금속을 열변형 부식시키므로서 수명단축과 소독물을 태우는 등 사용상 폐단이 많았다. 본 고안은 종래 이러한 결점을 해소하기 위해 연출한 것으로 챔버의 바닥면에 자켓을 형성하고 그 하부에 스팀 생성부 즉 히타에 의한 가열부를 별도로 형성하여 그열이 자켓을 가열하고 챔버 안쪽 표면에 열전도된 열이 내부를 대류함으로써 소독물을 건조할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In the conventional drying process, the entire outer surface of the chamber is formed with a jacket or the heater is formed at the bottom of the chamber to use the heat of the heater.
