Abstract

본 고안은 조리실의 저면과 조리접시의 저면 사이에 롤러가 마련된다. 상기 롤러는 프레임과 회전체로 이루어지며 상기 프레임은 삼각형 형상으로 형성된다. 상기 프레임이 삼각형 형상으로 되므로 원형의 형상일 때 보다 재료가 적게 소요되어 원가가 절감된다.In the present invention, a roller is provided between the bottom of the cooking chamber and the bottom of the cooking plate. 본 고안은 전자렌지에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 조리접시를 지지하는 롤러의 프레임을 삼각형 형상으로 한 전자렌지의 조리용 트레이에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a microwave oven, and more particularly, to a cooking tray for a microwave oven having a triangular frame of a roller for supporting a cooking plate.

전자렌지란 전자파를 금속제 케이스내에 내장된 식품분자에 발사하여 식품분자의 운동을 야기시키고, 식품분자의 운동에 의한 발열로 조리를 하는 조리기이다. 이러한 전자렌지에서는 약 2,450MHz의 고주파가 마그네트론(Magnetron) 에서 발진되어 케이스내의 식품에 주사되고 식품에 주사된 고주파에 의하여 식품을 구성하고 있는 분자가 (+)와 (-)로 대전된다. 이때 고주파에 의한 전계의 (+)측에서는 분자의 한쪽이 (-)로 대전되고, 전계의 (-)측에서는 분자의 다른 한쪽이 (+)로 대전된다. 그런데 전계의 극성은 고주파에 의해 1초에 24억 5천만회가 변화되기 때문에 식품분자가 상호 심하게 충돌되어 마찰열이 생겨서 식품이 가열되는 것이다.A microwave oven is a cooker that emits electromagnetic waves to a food molecule embedded in a metal case, causing the movement of food molecules, and cooking by heat generated by the movement of food molecules. 본 고안에 따른 전자렌지는 도 3에 도시하듯이, 전자렌지의 외관을 형성하는 본체(100)가 마련된다. 상기 본체(100)에는 음식물이 조리되는 조리실(110)과 각종 전기부품이 내장되는 전장품실(미도시)이 마련된다. 상기 조리실(110)의 저면 외측에는 모타(120)가 설치되고 조리실의 저면 내측에는 상기 모타(120)에 의하여 회전되는 조리용트레이(130)가 마련된다. 상기 조리용트레이(130)에는 조리물이 탑재되는데,조리용트레이(130)를 회전되게 한 것은 전장품실에 마련된 마그네트론(미도시)에서 발생된 고주파가 음식물에 골고루 분산되도록 하기 위함이다. 미설명부호 140은 음식물을 열로 조리하기 위한 히터이다.As shown in FIG. 3, the microwave oven according to the present invention is provided with a main body 100 forming the appearance of the microwave oven.
